Arrived 45 minutes before closing to do an emergency print and fax job. Had to get information to the state. After printing, it was 19 minutes before closing. Assistant Manager told me I couldn't do the faxing because she thought it wouldn't be completed until after closing. Manager instructed her not to start fax. Assistant Manager requested I find another place to complete the job. Refused to let me finish. I had to go down the street to complete the fax at Office Depot and it took 15 minutes. Taylor, Assistant Manager and Trish, Manager need some training on customer service.I recommend Office Depot for all future needs! Friendly staff. Concerned about your needs. There to assist in any way!

I went to Kinko’s to get a manuscript bound. When we walked in there was a woman who had completed her transaction and the manager was having a casual conversation with her about “manifesting” things. There was only one other person there, an older man in the back. I went up to the second worker and told her what I needed done. She took the papers from me then looked back at the older man (who wasn’t in line) and called out to him asking if he was in a hurry. He said he was retired and had all the time in the world. I expected her to start binding my papers. Instead she called the man up to the counter and started ringing him up and told me she would do mine in a while or I could come back later.I can only assume because of the way I was dressed and because I had my four-year-old with me that she figured I was “just” a mommy. I was shocked by this horrible customer service. So after she finished with the man I suggested to her that she take care of the customer who comes to her first. She was outdone with me as was the manager who by the way wasn’t doing anything at the time. I will be taking my business elsewhere. They clearly don’t value it.

I believe it was Sue that was extremely helpful with a big print order, she got it done timelier than expected and reached out to make sure it was right and offering great suggestions to improve the print job.

Went once and not coming back.The person that assisted me did not want to release me my package because it had my preferred name on it.

I was suppose to receive a package by which I receive a notification that it was out for delivery on a Wednesday and the package was never delivered on which their reason was, I wasn't home. It repeated itself on Thursday but driver stating I wasn't home is a total lie. I was at my front door waiting for the driver on both instances. I called customer service and they were no help. FedEx is built on lies and they have lost my business. I'll also call the sender and complain to them on what FedEx have done and perhaps drop them as their courier. I wish I can give them a negative rating but that is not part of the rating system.

I emailed a one page homework sheet for my second grader to this location with just "For printing, please." Response: The subject line in your email says "for printing please"...we need to know what type of paper, what size, and how many please. The file you sent to us is 11.46 inches by 8.86 inches.Please let us know so we can accurately print your order. I can make it fit on a letter size sheet which is 8.5x11. Thank you, SueWhen I got to the location, Sue yelled from the back, "Oh, he's HERE?!" and she stormed up to the desk from the back office, and lit into me starting with, "Lemme tell you something..." and gave me a four minute lecture on all the various sizes, colors, and types of paper they have. They printed it on paper that was almost like card stock, and charged me almost $5 for it.Never again will I ever set foot in this location ever again. I will pay $30 for an ink cartridge before I get so much as a $0.14 copy from this place. Rude, self-righteous, disrespectful, unhelpful, and the lady who printed on their best paper, which wasn't Sue who stomped back to her office, is a downright j****

Kristi at store number 0986 was so professional. I think she is as neurotic as I am with taping packages to make sure they do not pop open. I sincerely appreciate that! All the staff is awesome at this location and all are knowledgeable and professional. There are no slackers here. I drive 45 minutes out of my way to use this particular store. Thank you for providing great service!
