today was my first time going to this nail salon...i really wish i knew the technicians name who did my gel manicure, she did amazing. good conversation while getting your nails done is hard to come by and usually i try not to even engage to be honest. this lady was so sweet and kind and she took her time doing my nails. it was a great experience and i would absolutely go back if i didn’t live in New Orleans. <3

Everything was rushed. My nails came out nothing like I asked for. My sister brought me a gift certificate for wedding for a manicure and pedicure. But for my "safety" I couldn't have my pedicure because I'm a plus sized and her chairs are old. I have never been turned down for a service before for my weight. So this morning before my wedding I'll be getting my pedicure and my nail redone. I'm sorry my sister gave this business her money. Just go somewhere else. For you safety.

Salon filled with clutter. Dirty basins for pedicures. Liners reused. Did not wash hands before. Uses dirty/used gloves.

New management is extremely rude. With only two other customers in the salon, waited 20 minutes in the massage chair before being acknowledged or having anyone fill up the foot tub. After that, waited another 15 minutes and realized one of the other customers was going to be next for a pedicure. At this point, I realized they wouldn't start on my pedicure anytime soon so I thanked them but told them I had to leave due to the long wait. THEN, I (a grown woman) was YELLED AT by one of the workers for changing my mind... will not be back.

I went with my sister and the lady who did our nails was rough the whole entire time. She insulted our height and then made my sister's nails bleed then said it was cause she had "extra skin" can somebody please tell me what "extra skin" is. On top of it all she said the length we wanted was to long and proceed to cut them to her desired length. She also would not let us pick the under color of the glitter polish we wanted. At one point she would tell me stop before i get mad for no reason, If you have a hard time understanding ethnic accents then don't go here. You know what just don't go please for your own finger and nail safety. She also would stop in the middle of the painting and gluing on the finger nails she would call someone or take a call and also stop to text or answer a text. That is extremely rude when someone is paying you and you cant just wait till after. when i would try to make small trying to distract myself from the blood on my sister's nails she would ignore me but had no issue with talking to the other employee.

Would give a 0 star if that was possible. Absolutely worse place ever. The lady with the painted white clown face is racist and rude. On 1.18.2019 they did pedicures for my 2 kids and my friend then proceeded to try to wait to do their manicure by going to do another customer first. That white customer told them to finish us first since we were there first. They chose to ignore my request when I asked them but listened only after the white lady said something. They also questioned whether or not I could pay them and did not like the tip I gave them. I shouldn't have even given them a tip but I still did. They wanted more than $5 each and made it a point to say so loudly in the store. I would never go back here and would even like this racist place to close down.

Terrible manicure! I was in a hurry so just stopped here since it was on my way. I waited for 30 minutes just to get started. And then I was barely spoken to. My nails are uneven and make them look terrible. The pain rubbed off after a day! And i asked why they weren't shiny and had a weird look to them and she said it was because it was raining outside and rubbed some weird oil on them which did nothing. I will never waste my money here again. You guys shouldn't either

Tried it for the first time. Definitely won't be going back. I had gel on from another salon, the lady rushed it off with a machine sander, versus the soak. The entire process was a rush job (sadly I was the only one in the shop so can't understand why). The manicure top coat is thinned out with acetone. When I asked why it wasn't shiny, I was told the weather causes it to be that way (can't make this stuff up). To fix it, she put oil on it to “shineâ€. Cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired. Pumice stone was full of build up, the pedicure sinks look grimy. Only if APD Nails were open on Monday—that's where I would have been. Disappointing experience for sure. Save your money and your time.

Customer service is very poor and they never speak to the customer only to each other! The place had no patrons except me and they kept me waiting for about 20 min.
