First off if I could give 0 stars I absolutely would! After being checked in at 6:45 and waiting approximately 20 mins for my wife’s medication, Mr Jonathan Chang “Pharmacist” says he will not be able to take payment because his computer shuts down at 7. What? I was the only person being check in, not sure what the hold up was about. No regard or explanation for my wait. Was told to “just come back in the morning.” Extremely unprofessional!

Worst customer service, rude staff, unwilling to help when things are messed up and won’t listen to the patient concerns before cutting you off. CVS needs to close this location or hire a competent manager.

As a Winn Dixie transfer, I asked for a consult with the pharmacist, after a few minutes, ha came over, I wished to understand the new guidelines I was to follow at CVS. He was rude, dismissive and absolutely disrespectful.It appears the staff in the pharmacy and the store are aware of his personality.

Pharmacy is a train wreck…good luck. Hands down the worst experiences that I have ever had trying to fill prescriptions. If it is anything of the slightest importance for your health, find a different pharmacy.

Pharmacy is alway under staffed and can't keep up with demand. I feel so sorry for those poor employees. Please staff up in the pharmacy. Don't go here if you need your medicine any time soon after appointment. Always have to wait and wait.

This is one of the slowest pharmacies I have ever encountered. You areTold it will take 2 hours which I can reason with due to patient volume however, having to go an additional day then being told another 2 hours and now I can expedite it for you (which was supposedly done the prior day). Completely unacceptable.

The Asian pharmacist is a pompous jerk. I’ve seen him be rude to every customer he interacts with. Like get off the horse bruh - u literally went to school 2 years longer than us and now count legal drug quantities for a living. We get it - pharmacists make a lot of money due to supply and demand of the job market with RX. The guy is just an impersonal prick. To everyone.

Terrible customer service. Extremely slow filling prescriptions. Always feel like we are inconveniencing employees when we ask questions. Only use if you have no other options.

The only drive through CVS near me, and my insurance makes me use CVS. The service here is really bad. If you go inside to get your prescription make sure you have an hour and a half because the wait may just be that long. I think they may be understaffed. Every trip here for prescriptions is rough.

Absolute worst pharmacy in town. They text you to pick up- you go to pick up- they put it back- they say they will fill it again and to come back- you come back it’s not ready- then they say they are out of it- #braswellfan
