I’ve been shopping at cvs for many years, however I’m rarely at this location. I had an exchange I needed to do. I just needed to swap out the scents on a Dove body wash purchase I had made. I made it very clear to the cashier I needed to do an exchange because the original transaction had digital coupons that were used. I told her twice because to me it appeared like she was doing a refund and I knew if she did the refund I would only get back a fraction of what the product was worth since I used digital coupons. Her exact words were “I got you.” Then she handed me a refund for less than $6 for product that costs more than $20. Once I brought to her attention that I repeatedly asked for an exchange and not a refund she got the manager. Frank (the manager) did absolutely nothing to fix this situation. I left without the body wash, and the couple of dollars they handed me. I no longer have the coupons since they were used on the app. So they’ll get reimbursed for the coupons, and they got to keep the product and basically told me that I’m out of luck. Terrible experience.

CVS employees in the retail side are ready to answer any questions. The pharmacy, not so much. Yes, they are busy and stressed, which might account for their rudeness and impatience. But there is NO REASON for forgetting that it's the patrons of CVS whom they are serving. And a smile goes a long way.

Absolute garbage company. Not the retail or pharmacy staff's fault as they clearly are being worked to their bones and doing their best, but the way everything runs and works here is tedious and completely disconnected from customer/patient needs. But the worst thing about CVS is (was) the MinuteClinics and the way they run everything about them. I really liked the MC staff and physicians, however I was actually in the middle of being treated for sleep apnea with an upcoming appointment, and the MinuteClinic closed with no warning, never to reopen, apparently. Despite being told by store employees that they thought it would reopen soon, after about 6 months I figured that ship had sailed. Sure enough, it has remained closed. This was LONG after Covid, so that had nothing to do with the closure. And just to make things more complicated, something must have happened with the (probably shell) companies that CVS was using to provide testing and billing. ALL of my testing disappeared and is unavailable. The company that provided the test seems to have dissolved and left no trace of its existence, including medical records or billing information. This means my current doctor can't find any information about the sleep test at all. I have to get ANOTHER sleep test, and my insurance company has informed me that since they do have record of the previous one being paid but the company who did the billing was "just a median company" (likely so CVS could distance itself from any issues), they will not pay for another sleep test, so I have to come out of pocket for test #2. CVS has absolutely no department or employee to deal with this kind of query and can't provide me with any answers or info about the test either.CVS is also in the process of actively acquiring medical clinics all over the country - sometimes under different business names - with a goal to develop a stronghold over regional primary care. Google this; it has a lot of implications and if they're this bad at managing patient care when they had only a few in-house locations, imagine how little your care will be prioritized (and profits will reign) once they own half the clinics in town. I will never step a foot into this business again.

As per usual. Worst customer service ever. Phones / automated system/ so then you go and they are rude and unwilling to answer any questions. I would recommend stapling your head to the floor before I would recommend refilling a prescription here.

I needed my prescription 2 days ago they said I would be notified today they let me know 6 minutes before they closed I got there 2 minutes later. Everything was shut down before 8pm when I asked about it the pharmacist lied and said they close at 7pm. I've been coming here for years and I will be going somewhere else from now on.

In what world does a retail/pharmacy think it’s acceptable to staff a single pharmacist at a location?!? No cashier, tech, absolutely no one. There was a single pharmacist working the window, counter and filling scripts.I asked her if everyone called out on her or if this is how the store was staffed. She stated this is how the shifts are staffed. The poor lady couldn’t do anything but answer the phone, answer the drive through, and help people at the counter. She was getting yelled at for not having scripts ready when people arrived. I can’t believe she was able to get anything done. St Tammany hospital called in a prescription for my husband prior to being released this was mid after noon. We went to this location about 6:10pm and was told it was not ready and would be ready in about an hr. I was annoyed at first knowing the script was called in hours prior. Until I learned the staffing was a joke. I can’t believe they even have anyone to staff at all. No wonder cvs has a bad rep and take forever. They obviously do not know how to properly staff a shift. I didn’t get the name of the pharmacist but I told her I would be making a complaint not at any fault of hers.Store 5614

If you are gonna make energy drinks age restricted there should actually be someone at the cashiers desk to confirm the age for self checkout. Left without purchase due to having to wait 5+ minutes.

Unfortunately this is the worst CVS location I have ever dealt with. Pharmacist is very unprofessional. She insisted my insurance card didn't have prescription benefits when it clearly does. When I told her what the RX group and bin numbers were, she called me a liar and said I didn't show her that card. When I told her I did show her the correct card, she played the victim and said "stop shouting at me" and then hung up the phone. Avoid this place like the plague.

Alot of inventory was not available or not stocked on shelves. Store appeared to be a little disorganized, maybe end of month restructuring for products, not sure. Employee was courteous while checking us out, this is not my normal CVS, not sure of normal store appearance?

Great store! Staff is not always at the front near the registers which could sometimes be annoying but they have recently put in a self checkout which is working great as a remedy! ??

DO NOT GET COVID TEST HERE. They claimed the “scanner” would not take my insurance, which is accepted everywhere else. They would not type my information into the computer. Tiffany gave me an attitude the entire time. Save your time and go to Walgreens.
