If you are looking for a pharmacy that is customer friendly and the employees are happy to be there, go to CVS on 190 and Harrison Ave. Shout out to Clarence for always having a smile on his face.

Great experience at pharm here, after terrible experience at pharm on Collins Rd CVS. Katherine actually spent time looking & found some of the meds that other stores didn’t have. Even pharm cashier very nice. They had others to wait on also. I recommend them highly. A little extra effort & kindness goes a long way in keeping customers.

Wow. So I’ve been coming here for years for this one product that I buy in bulk. They have 4-5 on the shelf and it lasts me about 2-3 months.. even talked with the GM about it. Super nice..Today I go in and ask a woman doing work in the area to help. Her name is Dawn. She aggressively responds. But does come to help. As I’ve asked for all of the items 4 total.. $6 a piece .. she removes red guard.. slides them out.. angrily asked if I needed anything else.. kept them and walked to the registers..Then she points to the self check out .. No words. I’m completely confused. She starts to check me out.. scanning and then asks for my phone number to put in?!!! I asked was this a new policy as I come here every so often. She said this is the policy to check you out.I was so embarrassed for my $22 total. I felt completely targeted.I asked the lady at the counter and she apologized and assured me that it wasn’t the policy to walk the customer to the register to cash them out every step.I am highly offended. I pray Dawn is not a reflection of this wonderful location. It’s very disappointing to experience.
