NOT NOT USE THIS body shop they charged for parts they didn't replace they didn't test electrical parts they replace. I sent my truck to them for repairs after an accident for front end damage all Cosmetic work because they was listed as a Preferred body shop. When everything was supposed to be done as a mechanic I started my inspection. I have a 2020 Ram 1500 like new under 40k miles 1: all head light and fog light housing was supposed to be replaced all had LED bulbs in them so when i turned the lights on 3 White lights 1 Yellow light only replace 1 headlight housing didn't check with me about the light bulbs didn't replace fog lights and reinstalled upside down on bumper the fog lights housing are clearly marked top and bottom 2: check engine light came on (Was not on when sent to them) they try to blame it on the one headlight they replaced it was caused by a electrical part for the cooling system they replaced they try to tell me to drive home from Covington to Franklinton and back for them to test it later NO NO remember if your car is not right don't drive it home make them fix it until you are happy. Am glad this was an insurance claim they get 1 star for making the outside work look good. It small things but it matters STAY AWAY FROM THIS BODY SHOP

What ever guy we had to the estimate to our damaged vehicle, stated over and over “ I’m doing this for free” flashing his teeth…like he was annoyed or something to even be doing an estimate… maybe he was having a bad day, no idea but not a good look! Anyway he made false claims about how I was being difficult, no way man I had a few questions that he on top of being rude refused to answer besides “I’m doing this for free the insurance isn’t even paying” , how is this my fault as the customer? Liberty mutual referred us to them…

Super nice people, very clean premises and did a great job fixing my car. We live in Arkansas and had to pick a place at random when my car was wrecked in Covington. My car looks new again and it was very easy to communicate from afar. Very satisfied and highly recommend!

I had the worst experience ever. I don't want to come across as vengeful. Fernando and his crew not only put me on the road in an unsafe truck, but are not to be trusted. Rims on my Dodge 2500 are $1500.00 each. They charged State Farm for two I received one . Apparently they are in for an easy buck. I told them , Federico's response, you'll never notice. I did and I do. In addition they left a bent ball joint, and a transmission that needs attention. P.S. In an effort to balance the rim 6.5 oz of lead was added the rim after both P. M. And Covington Body Shop said I had no problem. It still smells, I am referring to this shop. Still rolling on the old rim.

Good quality work. Took some time to get the repairs scheduled, but that's probably par for the course these days. Once they had the parts in, things went smoothly.

Covington Body Shop worked with my insurance company. They also work with Enterprise Car Rental so this made the experience much easier than I anticipated. It took several weeks for the part to come in, but when it did they were quick to get the job done. It was done well and it is easy to see they take pride in their work.Service: Body & Trim

The repair job they did on my truck bed was sub par at best. A lot of corners were cut to say the least. They also can't seem to correctly tape off areas that dont need to be repainted. The inside of both doors on the driver side of my truck had silver paint all over them. The roof of my truck had overspray all over it as well... I had to give my truck back to these guys 2 different times. My advice? Go anywhere else. You and I could paint a vehicle better than this. Note: My truck is not even 2 years old. So the overspray on the roof and the interior side of my doors really irritated me as it should anyone else

Replaced bumper & took 28 days to repair. Gave no updates. Then get car home & paint job was horrible. missed spots, chipping off. The color didn't match. They got clear coat on my windows. Then a mouse got in my car there & it made a mess. Had to constantly call to get them to have time to repair again. Then claimed it would take 3 days to repair. I requested a renter car on their expense & then they could magically do it faster. I would never go back after this experience.
