This hotel is very clean, the room smelled fresh, breakfast was delicious and the front desk service Natasha was easy to work with. She filled us in on where the best restaurants, ice cream, and shopping which was close by. Starbucks right down the street was a huge plus! Overall it was a great experience ?

I was there for one night unexpectedly and unplanned for a family emergency. It was a stressful time and I’m sure I wasn’t the easiest to deal with but Natasha was so patient and polite. So grateful for the kindness.
I will definitely stay here again - polite staff, convenient parking and a room clean!

Convenient location, and nice, clean rooms. Natasha at the front desk was also super helpful and friendly at check-in, and at helping us with local restaurant recommendations.

My experience at the Comfort Inn was exactly what I needed. My family was in town for a personal matter & needless to say, it was a difficult time for us all. The Manager (Natasha) took care of all the things we needed. She was very helpful and empathetic and kept super professional as we struggled through this time. I am soooo grateful for her and this establishment has a forever customer with me. Thank you!

Great price, rooms were super clean and comfortable, and the Natasha at the front desk was great. If you're traveling through or on vacation, I'd stay here.

The bed was just okay. A little hard. The room was very clean. The phone didn't work (evidently a known problem in most of the rooms). It was pretty quiet for the most part. Breakfast was okay but crowded.

We stayed here over night on our way to Florida. The front desk was friendly. My biggest complaint was the smell of the hotel! Our room smelled like wet cardboard. We were on the 3rd floor and it was humid in the hall. The room was cold but also had moisture in the air. You could also tell by the smell that the room had been smoked in when we asked for non Smoking. The room itself was clean however the lamp shades were stained with god knows what. My husband went to the gym to workout and could not work out due to the smell of paint thinner. We will not be back.

Rude desk clerk. Room smelled so bad I woke with congestion. Musty, moldy air. The first room was so smelly that I asked for a different room. The second Was only slight better but because the hotel was nearly sold out, I had no other choice. I will Never stay here again and will advise ALL friends and family to stay away from this one.

Doing extended stays for work, rooms are straightened up daily, my belongings are always respected, staff has been helpful. A little bit of upgrades going on so a few hindrances, elevator acting up, microwave didn't work, door lock card reader a little stubborn, etc. draw acks are one washer and dryer for all 3 floors of guests and Internet is not usable in modern times, some devices won't even connect, so bring a hotspot.

I want to thank Heather for her five star customer service and care. She listened to my needs of an earlier check in time for my son and she gave me options. She was warm and friendly and made me feel welcomed to the hotel and state of Louisiana. The least I could say. Meeting her was like a breath of fresh air. Cute nails girl too. I noticed ???
