No lids for coffee and I had forgotten this chain went completely retarded via computers that do not work accurately with ringing up and taking payment. If I could give zero stores to the whole chain I would.

This was the WORST gas station stop in our round trip from Houston to Florida and back. The restrooms were disgusting. There was no soap to wash your hands, and no paper towels. Then you could not leave the restroom because the door handle was broken off. You have to work to get out of there. I already got gas or I would not have spent any money there. I wanted something to eat but I was not spending any more of my money in your store. Also, at least half the drink dispensers were either broken or empty. There was another customer in there at the same time. He was angry because your air machine is broken. So he had to put his spare on just to drive away. He came in to wash his hands and guess what? No soap, no towels, and then couldn't get out of the restroom. He was a lot louder than me but I don't blame him. He told the employee he was not angry at her, but that her manager needs to do some work. He said he comes here all the time but he won't anymore. You don't deserve his business or money. As for me I won't ever go to a Circle K again. There are too many good alternatives out there.

Look, we all know this place sucks. But I choose not to let the help here ruin my day. After all, it's a convenience store. It's convenient to get what I need, and leave... Until today : I was refused my nicotine pouches and beverages because the clerk said "my boss told me not to sell to people with Mississippi I.Ds".... Dude. That's not how you fix your ATC issues... this circle K for YEARS has been the leader in inconvenience for many. I get bad help is hard to find but maybe it's time for a change in leadership here at this location.

Most of the clerks are friendly and treat you like a regular since I go almost every day. Some even know exactly what I need when I walk up to the counter. The manager is awesome and does a great job running the store

This review is strictly about the car wash. It is a fraud and not worth the money. There is nothing in that scrubs the car and I paid for the tri-colored treatment and never received it. Be warned this “car wash“ only sprays water and does nothing else. I had to wash my car at home to get all the pollen off.

I'm shocked at how busy the store is and how only a few staff can spoil it. The cashier had a large line and other staff just walked around and went to the back. Twice customers were alone upfront with no one to stop stealing if it were to happen. But there are some great cashiers. So 50/50

Bathrooms are disgusting. Crap all over the toilets, walls and urine everywhere with toilet paper soaked in urine on the floors. Wow just gross....When I mentioned it while walking out they looked at me like I was the as*hole. Clean your bathrooms!!
