Cashier isn’t the best at all

Store itself was alright. The cashier though, she needs to learn the meaning of customer service. She was leaning on the customer side of the register drinking her drink and talking to a friend of hers (not an employee) and acted like it was a huge inconvenience that I interrupted her conversation. She clearly didn't want to help me and insisted I use the self checkout just to turn around and help the guy in line behind me at the normal register with a smile on her face. Don't know what I did to not deserve the same happy service.

Gas pump wouldn’t accept my credit card, saying “transaction cancelled”. However, it still charged my card $14.99.

Terrible customer service. Two associates behind counter and both see me (eye contact made), one seemed to be a manager with neither acknowledged I was even there. I left. Did not buy anything and will not return- I stop usually once per day but there are other options. Stop tolerating poor customer service- don't use this circle K.

Circle K on hwy 21 in Covington,Louisiana. I went to go do a doordash order at McDonalds . I parked in the parking lot bc I needed gas and got drinks . There was nobody in line so I went up to cashier ready to get gas and pay for drinks. Your employee Heidi turned me away and said to use the self checkout . Mind you I have never been in that store and have never used self checkout besides at Walmart. I personally know her , she has a vendetta against me ( SA victim from her husband at 16) and she personally told me she was going to kill me and beat my ass . Do something about this cause I'm am a customer and I shouldn't have been treated like that. Personal stuff should be left at home NOT brought to work. It's their job whether they like it or not. She comes to my job all the time and I've never acted this way

Give no stars if I could the girl that works there always looks Like she’s high on something, and was standing out front smoking with a line of customers in the store and didn’t care. She actually laughed about it when she walked back inside. I get that it’s Christmas Eve I really do but at the end of the day it’s still your job and the one you signed up for and get paid to do. At least do your job, I run a business and If my employees ever acted like her they’d be terminated on the spot. Not my fault you can’t get another job.

Visited this location on 5=1=22 pulled up and parked there were a couple other vehicles in the parking lot at the gas pumps the cashier opened the door as I was getting out and made eye contact with me and locked the door and mind you it was only 8pm

Employees are extremely rude/lazy. The bathrooms were atrocious and when I told the cashier (because the sign in the restroom to report unclean conditions had been vandalized, I'm assuming by employees) he brushed me off and proceeded to send his text message before ringing me up.
