I could not have asked for better service or hospitality when my son and I were 2 hours from home and we had trouble with my son’s truck in Covington. After waiting for the truck to be towed there, they were able to diagnose the problem, obtain parts, and fix the problem within the hour. I should add this required them to actually stay open a little later than they normally would have, in order to get us back on the road the same day. I could not be more appreciative and would recommend them to anyone in the Covington area. .. S Kimball

I had gone to my regular place and they told me I needed a whole heap of work that was gonna cost me a whole heap of money. I knew then I needed a second opinion and sought CBA out. I paid a fraction of the price and they didn't mention anything the other place had said was wrong with my vehicle, even after all the diagnosis. I think they have gained a new customer! Thank u CBA- Covington!

These guys are professional, skilled and honest. You can't ask more from your mechanic shop. I thought I needed an expensive repair. They ordered parts and were ready to go when I had my car towed in. Hot Rod, one of the mechanics quickly figured out my problem was not as severe or expensive. They could have easly charged me what I already agreed to spend, but they did were honest and didn't do work that wasn't necessary. GREAT PLACE FOR SERVICE!

I brought my vehicle to Christian Brothers fully expecting to have to replace the battery. After running some diagnostic tests, I was informed that the battery and charging system were in good condition. I was told that the difficulty starting the vehicle may have been caused by a door left slightly open or a light left on. It could also have been caused by a stray current draw which would require additional diagnostic testing. I was charged nothing for the service and asked to return if the condition reoccurs.

Christian Brothers saved us! My wife’s car’s sunroof was leaking and we had, originally, taken it to the local Ford dealership. Big mistake. We had thought that the gasket just needed to be replaced, but the Ford place told us that they couldn’t do that… that the whole sunroof would need to be replaced… and that would cost $2,400!! Only after my wife told them we would not agree to the work did they tell her they could replace the gasket for over $1,400!! She was appalled, and refused that work, as well. He told her that the electronics in the dash could get very damaged if we didn’t have the work done. She still refused.I had seen Christian Brothers and told her to try there. Thank goodness she did! The very nice people at CB told her that the gasket didn’t even need replacing! It was just full of gunk, because we had parked it under trees for three years in VA. They cleaned it well, so the seal would be better. They also told us that the drains that take water away from the sunroof were very clogged with gunk, atop. AND… they told us that, newer cars do not make their electronics vulnerable to water that drains through the sunroof!So… $280 later… my wife has her car back and we believe the problem has been solved! We will not be going back to the Ford dealership… CB all the way! Thank you Christian Brothers!!

I dropped my truck off at 3pm to have the A/C repaired. They were very busy and I didn’t expect to see my truck for at least a couple of days. They had my truck ready in less than 24hrs. Thank you Steven and CB crew for the quick turnaround time. I’ll be back if I need something in the future!
