Can't cash a check at my branch! Was told by Manager that this was due to a computer generated message that the funds had to be deposited, however she could not give me a reason for the message and said that no human could give me the answer as to why nor had control over the generated messages. Chase Customer Service stated that the generated messages were being received because the branch Manager set it up. Someone is LYING and I can't get my money. We will be moving 2 Business Accounts and 4 personal accounts OUT of this bank. This is just the straw that broke the camels back.

I heard that this bank, Chase branch in Covington LA had a customer get confirmation from a bank employee that a $35,000.00 dollar wire transfer had been cancelled and the bank charged them the $35.00 cancellation fee but did not cancel. Is this a true statement?

Dirve through ATM frequently down or blocked off, 1 internal ATM. Very inconvenient to try to quickly grab cash.

My wife and moved to this area about 6 months ago. We picked Chase Bank on Hwy 21, Covington. When we entered the bank, we were greeted courteously and professionally. We told the young lady the nature of of visit and we were taken to an office where all of our business was handled by a keenly knowledgeable young man. He was also nice, professional and courteous.I have been back in the bank several times and was always made to feel welcome. Chase on line is also very easy to use even for an old man.

$8.00 to cash a check is redickuless.. There is no need for this to be this high..... I will not be banking with them nore will I cash a check there ... The way the world is right now and you all charge $8.00 for tht...... This is my only one star Yelp but I can't let this go....

Tried to deposit cash into a friend's account and was told I cannot unless the account holder is present. Not useful at all when he is in another state.

The worse bank you can even have ,the worse costumer service, horrible policies everything seems to be a problem. You get jumped on by the greeter who interrogates you about your visit and what do you have if you are "prepared" for the tellers lol. Really I only gave one star because you can't put zero. You couldn't pay me to bank here the policies chase has are so ridiculous between two forsaken of specific ID even with a united States issued ID. Don't forget non account holder check cashing limits and forcing customers who write the checks to visit a branch to try and sort it out for the person they wrote the check for. If they think this is an incentive to force me to open an account with them to ease the process they are sadly mistaken this keeps me as far from chase bank as possible. Waste of time and so much complication
