They did a good job on fixing how the vehicle looks. But when I picked up and drove home I realized several things were not functioning such as fog lights, windshield washer motor and high beam headlight stalk was not functioning correctly.... This is unacceptable, had to bring it right back for things that should have been checked prior to my picking it up after them having it nearly 2 months. Not happy.

So happy we selected unexpected repairs at the shop. From the entry, to the front desk welcome I could have not been more impressed. They kept me updated so I didnt have to call and check in. We had an estimated time and it was ready, washed and extremely well repaired and painted. They made sure it was clean and ready to go when I arrived. Please make this number one on your car repair list!

Awesome experience! This is my first time coming to Car Craft for a repair after an accident! My vehicle looks wonderful and brand new. I will also say that the customer service is top tier. I was well informed during every step of the process with my vehicle’s repair. This shop is also in coordination with Enterprise so I was able to pick up and drop off my rental on site. Again, awesome experience & if I ever need any repairs in the future this will be my #1 stop.
