I was a Capital One small business customer for many years. I closed my accounts due to the absolutely appalling treatment I received when I reported that someone had accessed my accounts. Specifically, the Collins Blvd Covington Louisiana branch was rude, unprofessional and flippant. A few days later I had to return with my Grandmother as her accounts had been compromised. Upon returning to the bank the employees were even worse. I felt like I was trying to rob the place. I realize this is one branch but it was absolutely shocking and I will never do business with Capital One again on any level. Together my family closed out 8 accounts due to the employees at the Collins Blvd branch.

I would rate them 0 if it would let me. Constant chaos is the best way to describe Capital One as a whole but this branch specifically is like nothing I’ve ever seen. Doesn’t matter which CO atm you use, they ALL will eat your card, money, sometimes spit cash out on the ground, sometimes says it deposits your money but it doesn’t. You’ll then have to fight them for weeks to get your money back. From the branch manager down to the door greater they are all rude and literally have no time. Long story short, money was stolen on June 28th and they will not return my calls or emails. Maybe they needed my money to help cover the theft at the Mandeville location? Literally bank anywhere else! Btw CO in Covington, see you soon!

We tried to apply for a credit card. Teller was very rude and no help at all. We realized we can just do it all online. Do not waste your time trying to go inside

Staff always friendly and helpful but there never seems to be enough tellers.

Tellers are very rude and unwilling to help, not to mention sarcastic . If you don’t like helping customers perhaps try to find a different line of work. Traveled to the Mandeville location totally pleasant experience. It’s worth the drive.

10/10 would recommend! The staff here are extremely nice. I had to come order another cashiers check for a mistake on my end, and they got it done with hassle. I will be sure to come to this branch when I need banking done. Thank y’all so much for the great work and amazing customer service!

Don’t both doing business because the old woman at the front desk before you reach the tellers has an attitude out of this world. No reason to be so rude to customers/potential customers. We walked out because she was so rude.

OMG, what terrible customer service!!! Using Capital One's bill pay, I made a mistake and I had it mailed to the wrong person. This was not an electronic payment , it was a paper check. As soon as this person received this check they called me, wrote void on the check and mailed it to me. I have the original check in my hand. So I called customer service (that's a joke, they need a new name) and spoke to 3 different people and I had to start the story from scratch with each of them. Apparently they are not allowed to talk to each other.I was told I would have to dispute the check. I explained again, there was no dispute, the original check was returned to me.I was then told I should deposit the check into my account. I explained again the check was from me, not to me and the check had void written across the face.I was then told I would have to wait 90 days and if the check didn't clear, I could get the money put back into my account. I explained again, I have the original check in my hand and it will never be deposited and I could return the original check to them.I was also told sometime during my very long telephone call, that the would send me a "purple sheet." And I think she should I would have to get the party to whom the check was payable to sign the purple sheet. They are in another town.So after explaining until I was blue in the face, I was told they would credit my account for the check, but it would take as long as 45 days because they would have to do an investigation. I suggested they credit my account immediately and if I was somehow scamming them, they could take the money from one of my accounts with them, which have way more $$ in them than this screwed up check. The moral of this story, is don't use Capital One's bill pay. Or better yet, don't use Capital One.

Garbage... if you work hard for your money and want to spent it as you see fit, please take your business elsewhere.... Their favorite line is " we are holding your checks for 14 days for your safety " the idea of calling and verifying the funds is something they can't comprehend... the latest reasoning for holding funds was because the " check was printed " .... I'm not sure how about else checks are made.. that may be on me... Idk, maybe they are just running out of money. This could be a tinfoil hat conspiracy but I can't come to any other conclusion.... Or possibly the rejected applications from the Burger King down the street somehow got in their possession and that's who they decided to hire.... I guess the good thing if the world goes to a centralized digital currency we won't have to deal with these a## clowns anymore!

The atm shut down while making a deposit never gave us our money back or deposited it had to call the support line because this capital one is closed on Saturdays and they said it could take anywhere from 10 to 45 businesses days to get our money back because they have to do an investigation
