Male pharmacist loudly argued with me in front of a large line and loudly discussing my private medical data. He lied about medication laws and was just plain rude. I went to Downtown Drugs instead, they had no problems and were very helpful.

I’ve been going there for one year because the Pharmacist said I needed to keep my mom’s medication at one pharmacy. My mom lost everything in Hurricane Ida and I moved her over here with me and her CoPD was so bad. From 1 1/2 years ago my mom is doing a lot better. She couldn’t even walk. I also decided to go here to Support the local businesses, and my mom had Chronic COPD and I am her care taker. I called to see if her medication was ready, like I normally do, they didn’t want to tell me if her medicine was ready. I work in Covington and we live 17 miles out of Covington. They wanted to speak to her she was at home... My mom was going in the hospital every 4-6 months for her COPD, it’s been almost 10 months since she’s been in the hospital. Thankfully, I monitor her…. Making sure she gets the Best care. But, I’ll just switch back to Walmart is much easier, the notifications come straight on the phone and you can drive up.

Waited 8 hours for cvs to fill my kid’s antibiotic order and wanted to try a new pharmacy so tried Braswell’s. They had the script filled before we could get there straight from the pediatrician’s office. While standing in line the staff checked in to see if we needed anything else. Was in and out with meds in hand within 30 mins of the script being sent from the physician.

In the last few months since I switched to Braswell's and use their automated system to call in refills, I often find that they either fill only ONE of the two prescriptions I phone in or they don't even fill the single one I called in at all. Then I have to call and talk with someone in the pharmacy (which wastes their time and mine), in order to get the prescription filled. Often a day or two late. This has happened on numerous occasions, and I get different excuses as to why the automated phone system didn't work. I get really annoyed when this happens. I never had this problem with big chain pharmacies. Sometimes I get text notifications from Braswell's that the prescriptions are ready and sometimes I don't. When I don't get notifications, I have to phone again to see if the prescriptions are ready before driving over there. Again, this wastes my time and the time of the personnel. Sometimes I get repeated texts to pick up a prescription that I've already picked up. Regretfully, I'm going to have to switch back to one of the big chain pharmacies. I LIKE the people at Braswell Pharmacy. It's nice to be dealing with someone other than one of the big chains, but this problem has become too frequent and bothersome. I never know for sure if my prescriptions are going to get filled using the automated system - the whole point of which is to save their time and mine.

Love this place. The most consistent pharmacy I've ever used. They usually have meds on hand that other places seem to always have trouble keeping stocked. Nice staff, and a beautiful building.

Very unprofessional I caught the pharmacist in all kinds of lies. I was told they didn’t have a specific medicine and 2 came right behind me and got medicine filled. I have been a customer for over 2 years this ridiculous to have picks on who to prescribe medicine too. By the way I got private health care.

Spot on 100% of the time and even stayed 20 after closing so I could get there after work. Don’t underestimate small businesses.
