Had a lovely experience here years ago when I came with my friend who used to work at this location. Jeanne was here is she really helped with fitting me with some beautiful bras. I ended up buying almost all of the ones that I tried on . This store carries Prima Donna which is my favorite bra company from Brussels Belgium . I have not had a chance to come back as I live out of town. I am hoping to come back on my next visit . The lingerie that they have here is very beautiful.

It was my first time visiting the store. I needed to get resized for a new bra. The staff was extremely helpful. I didn’t feel embarrassed, and I walked out getting everything I needed. I definitely will go back.

I've been going to Bra Genie for a really long time, so I've been absolutely spoiled. Went with my mom this time. I shopped the sale rack and looked around the store. I didn't initially ask for a fitting, but I eventually got paired with Amy to check the fit on the items I tried on before purchasing them. She was really nice and comfortable to work with! My mom's fitter was a bit gruff apparently which is disappointing, but she found great items to buy as well. Great selection and friendly, helpful employees overall. One day I'll be able to afford nicer items from here!! Everything I do own from them though has held up over many many years and continues to serve me well.

I live in NY and ordered off their website a bra I couldn't find anywhere else. Shipping was free and also very fast. The bra arrived wrapped in nice tissue paper. I will certainly order from them again.

After searching for 2 years and wasting money I finally went to get professionally fitted. LADIES stop wasting money just go see a professional, if you struggle with fit and being comfortable just go. I worked with Mrs. Tina and she was amazing! Friendly, professional and she knows what she's doing ladies! So thankful I finally got professional help!! Lol

I have been coming to bra genie since October 2018. I had always had a hard time finding bras that fit me and was constantly being put into DDD bras at other large bra shops. I thought it was normal to be uncomfortable until I came to bra genie. I have seen a few bra fitters but have worked pretty consistently with Diane for several years now. Obviously the amazing selection of bras keeps me coming back but the main thing I love about bra genie is the personal care I receive every single time I come to the shop. Diane and the other girls remember my name, ask me questions about things in my life, and actually spend time with me and it makes the service luxury. I have moved 3 times in the time I've been a customer at bra genie and I make it a point to drive to the Covington location no matter what. I have brought my cousins and best friend every chance I get and this is the first store we visit when my best friend comes to town every 6 - 8 months. They also helped me fine products for my breast feeding journey and my weight loss journey. You won't get this service anywhere else.

This was my first time here and I loved it! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I was so nervous being in there but everyone was so nice. One of the Covington employees, Mary. She helped me with trying things on and getting my bra size. She was extremely helpful and very friendly. I recommend going there. They do not charge to just get bra sized. Service was amazing!!

I was treated very well. The sale associate who did my fitting was an expert. Her name was Marry she listened to my concerns and what I wanted. It made the whole experience easy I would recommend them to everyone. I love the Bras I bought.
