Told them I had a boost mobile phone and brought it in they sold me a dish network sim turns out I had a phone that was the AT&T capability SIM card so the dish one wasn’t working with there own boost mobile SIM card

Poor customer service. Deceptive "free" offers. Fraudulent return policy. And the place does NOT HAVE A PHONE. That's right, a phone company without a phone! Save your time and money and go else where, like anywhere else.

I was in there on 6/18/2024. The two girls who were supposed to be working there were lying on the furniture and giggling with customers in the store. Apparently maturity is not criteria to work at Boost. They also do not engage the customers and are not friendly. If anything they are socially awkward, and that’s bad... read full comment
