Great cloths and great sales,, nice personnel but the fitting rooms are disgusting. The floors are filthy.. won’t try on clothes anymore have to take everything home and then return. That’s a shame.

Public health hazard which is a shame because I love belks but can no longer go to this location because they have let it go SO BAD. The mold is in almost every department. I left coughing and sick after trying to find a dress. A simple outing with your family shouldnt leave anyone sick. They need to take action and fix the ac and change all the tiles so customers can shop comfortably without worrying about the toxic mold and so the employees are safe. This is not a safe working environment if breathing toxic mold all day. Do better, remediate your store, and keep up with proper cleaning and maintenance.

TOXIC MOLD EVERWHERE Poor maintenance on the building. Look up at the ceiling tiles and the air vents. Water leaks all over the store stained the ceiling tiles. All the air vents have dust and mold covering/growing on the vents. Don't go here if you are sick, sensitive to poor air quality and mold. My immuno-compromised sick wife feels awful now thanks all the mold.
