I was visiting my dad from Texas and the air in one tire was lower than the others. I bought my 2023 Outback a month ago in Texas and was worried about driving the 6 hours back home with the lower air in that tire. I called and a lovely lady named Brennan was super helpful and kind. She is a perfect example of what exemplifies great customer service. Thank you to Brennan and the service representatives who quickly took care of me. I highly recommend this dealership!

It took nearly 2 weeks of calling almost daily to get any information about my vehicle and a subsequent buyout offer. The offer was insultingly low on a vehicle with a KBB value of $12,000.

They do a good job here they might not be the cheapest in town but they’re pretty reliable and can get you in in a decent time frame.

Awful! Awful! Awful! The management is awful. They are a deceitful and greedy dealership. My husband and I went to lease (co-sign on a lease) for our son who is starting his teaching career this month ... hence the need for a co-sign. He had his heart set on a leasing this particular Subaru. My husband , who makes well over 6 digits a year, who also owns an Audi A6 and a Mercedes SUV was told didn't qualify for a loan . This is a guy with a credit score over 800. He was told by the "guy in charge " that he has too many vehicles in his name despite his high income . Mind you , a younger less experienced salesman was initially taking care of our son and the lease . He was setting everything up for us . UNTIL "the man in charge stepped in."' He basically took the sale away from his less experienced young co-worker . He said if he wants to PURCHASE the car we can BUT HE HAD buyers who are interested in buying it although we had already entered into leasing the vehicle with the other salesman. This is very unethical of a manager to do this. It's shady, rotten and disgusting. SHAME ON YOU SUBARU for not putting your customers first and displaying your greed for a sale. I assure you we will NOT be talking very positive in our Northshore circle of friends about this business . We ended up at Honda and the first thing the salesman said to us after looking at my husband's income and credit was "How many cars would you like to lease." Meaning we had our pick of anything we wanted. We owned 2 Honda Pilots and 2 Acuras in the past and they have always been stellar !!! Not to mention they have a program for young individuals such as our son where they can eventually put the lease in HIS name and in the meantime build his credit. Moral of this story ... stay FAR from this Subaru dealership. They are your typical shady , greedy, car salesmen. At least the manager was . That poor young salesman got the rug pulled under him from his superior. Sickening behavior. Their loss . Not ours .

Had a great experience here at this dealership. The service advisor was Derek and he is very professional and helpful. My Forrester was serviced and repaired very satisfactorily. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Always loved the service here. Guys are friendly, did not have issues with fluctuations on price quote for service costs. 50 starts out of 5. You don't have to worry about your vehicle with the crew at this location.

My wife has a 2016 Subaru Forester XT Touring that, for the most part, has only gone to Bryan Subaru for service. Following the natural disaster called Hurricane Ida, we needed her car serviced and were going to use the dealer. Since Bryan Subaru was closed, I decided to visit Baldwin Subaru once recent Saturday morning. I left very early in an effort to get there just before they opened, and arrived shortly after they opened. I was greeted by service advisor Kenneth Galliano and told him that I needed a 5W-30 full-synthetic oil change and a tire rotation. Kenneth was very nice, told me that there was only 1 person ahead of me and asked if I was waiting or returning for the car later. I advised him that I was a Bryan Subaru customer "in a pinch" due to Hurricane Ida and he was genuinely happy to help me. After inspecting my car and completing the job, he advised me that my front brakes needed replacing soon, as the pads were less than 5 millimeters in thickness. I knew the car would eventually need brakes, as it was over 5.5 years old and they had never been changed. I authorized the service as I knew he was telling me the truth, as I had been monitoring the pad thickness for almost 18 months. Kenneth had the service technician do the brake job and had me out he door in a respectable amount of time. The prices at almost any car dealership's service department are pretty consistent (moderate to high), but I am confident having OEM parts installed by the factory trained staff. All in all, this was a very good experience, and I highly recommend Kenneth Galliano.

Mike White was awesome! Helped me with a custom order car and kept me updated for the 2 months it took to come in. He also gave me tips where to sell my current car when the dealership was unable to offer me an acceptable trade-in value. 10/10 recommend if you're looking to buy a Subaru.

While I was visiting in Louisiana a few months ago, my car broke down and I ended up having to have it towed to Baldwin Subaru. I was only supposed to be in town for a few days, but the car mess extended my stay and I was really overwhelmed. I spoke with Kenny in the service department (and have multiple times since as my car is just now being sent back to my house) and he was one of the most kind and helpful people in an extremely stressful few days for me. So I highly recommend Baldwin Subaru! Their service is above and beyond and I would trust them with my Subaru anytime!

Honest & upfront. Did not try and upsell me, and offered to keep in touch if something in my price range came up. Good people. Only four stars instead of five because they didn't have anything in my price range.

I've used Baldwin's service department for years. Randomly needing air in my tires due to weather change. Now take into consideration no one thinks you'd need an appointment for a little air & battery check. I felt bad interrupting a busy service department, without hesitation the four people I encountered were as helpful and nice as could be. Tires aired, battery great, until one of the mechanics informed me of a nail in one of my tires. I was so happy I stopped at Baldwin because I would've never noticed the nail. It's just unfortunate I only payed attention to three things that day, gas gage, radio & air conditioning. Unless the information pops up informing me that somethings wrong with the car, I'll stay focused on my mission of the day. It took at least an hour for my disruption. The last accommodating thing Baldwin did was quote a price on a new tire, at my request. Thank you Baldwin Motors! You went above and beyond being helpful with a smile. I'll be back!

I'm specifically taking the time to say that Dennis Ploof in finance over there provided some really outstanding customer service. I needed to extend my warranty and there was a typo on my bill of sale that was creating an issue. He went above and beyond to help fix that, and gave me several quotes for extended warranties - ALL of them below other quotes that I had received. A little customer service goes a long way - and I was happy to buy that extended warranty from him.

Good Afternoon! I wanted to pass along some feedback that I believe Baldwin Motors would find helpful for current and potential future clients. We visited Baldwin Subaru on Saturday 4/18/2020 and met with Kenny who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and unfortunately we are not able to do business with this salesperson due to an extremely negative experience we just underwent with the Subaru Sales Manager "Derrel". We were originally educated that all details related to the Subaru we wanted to purchase would be provided over the phone on Monday. After not receiving a call, we decided to call the dealership Tuesday 4/21/2020 to inquire on the vehicle in question. The sales manager would not even let me speak a full sentence without interrupting me, told me there are "8 million people in his dealership right now" so he couldn't be bothered to call us with information soon (we visited this dealership numerous times during the COVID pandemic and have never seen more than 1-2 other customers inside, and considering the special promotions and incentives every dealership is offering it is safe to assume sales are not at an all time high). After asking that the sales manager would allow me to finish my sentence he laughed over the phone and said "what do you want to say". When I asked for information on the car we spoke about on Saturday, he stated "The car you are looking for is a unicorn and you just need to wait". He then continued to laugh at his own jokes and threw out a price after confirming he does not even have confirmation from the second dealership regarding releasing/transferring the vehicle, which led me to believe he did not have a firm price in mind and just "came up with a number". On Saturday the dealer said "we are around $2k with your trade in" and today it is "your car is only worth a grand, it's in terrible shape and has a bad carfax and honestly we don't even want it, it is just for auction". I have been in management with AT&T for nearly a decade and I have never spoken to an existing or potential future customer like this. I absolutely love the Subaru brand and I have had nothing but excellent purchase experiences at Baldwin Subaru prior to this. I have chosen to do business with another dealership that is actually further from my home just to avoid doing any future business at this location. As stated earlier, Kenny the salesperson was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The reason we chose to do business elsewhere has nothing to do with cost, with a competitor incentive, or with Kenny. We solely chose to do business with another Subaru dealership, even if it costs more in the longrun, just to not have to do business with Darrel. He is an embarrassment to the Subaru brand, and Baldwin Motors should be ashamed to have him on payroll. Absolutely the worst vehicle purchase experience I've been through (this will be my 9th car purchase in less than 5 years). Please feel free to reach out to me directly if you have any additional questions regarding this situation.
