I tried to get oil and an oil filter for a Toyota and a Subaru from the Autozone on 21. However, they did not have the filter for my Subaru. But they said the Autozone on 190 did. After driving home with the oil and filter for the Toyota, I realized the oil and oil filter for the Toyota was incorrect.
When I arrived at the Autozone on 190, Mr. Rex informed me that they did not have the oil filter that the Autozone on 21 said they did. However, he was willing to price match the deal and get me a better filter. I was very impressed by his patience and professionalism. He helped me through this mess and has definitely kept me as an Autozone Customer! I am very thankful for his expertise.

Terrible customer service, staff complained and blamed short staffing. Just needed some wiper blades. Went to the counter to ask for the correct sizes. Was given sizes and the ones I bought didn't connect correctly. Went to return then and the man told me I bought the wrong ones. Wasted 30 plus minutes of my life and still didn't get the blades I needed. Won't be shopping at autozone going forward. Not only that but at least 3 customers ahead of me were turned away mad and not helped.

Adson on 190 Covington was the worst experience. Every time I go there they never ever ever assist me. I didn’t check engine light they won’t even connect the machine to see what’s wrong with it. I bought a battery there. I am nine months pregnant. I asked him if they could please switch the batteries out for me. They would not do that, I called to see if they have a part. They tell me they do I go all the way up there and then they tell me we made a mistake we don’t have the part I asked for everything I need for an oil change and they wouldn’t even assist me , they wanted me to go find the part myself for the oil filter which is ridiculous because I don’t work there. How am I supposed to find a part which is the part number I give it a zero stars and what you guys need to do is get new people in there to do their job .
