“These guys were great. Had gone to Auto Zone for a battery and they told me they did not carry any for my Fiat 500X. It is made by Chrysler so why no battery. They would not even look at my battery to see if they had one that was the size. So headed up the road to O'Reilly's and they promptly found and installed a battery. They were helpful, courteous, and knowledgable. They got my almost 300.00 for my battery. Guess Auto Zone doesn't need the business. Will always go back to O'Reilly's. Thanks for the great service.”

Richard and his crew are running this location better than the last Manager! Anyone that has ever had a bad experience here please give this new Manager and his Team a chance to WOW you!2023Richard is still at it as General Manager at this location so that says a lot! If anyone hasn't stopped by to give them another chance since they finally weeded out the bad apples that were brought over from another company that had nothing to do with the automotive industry then stop by and let them know your there for another chance! Tell them I sent you! If you don't have a great experience or at least better than before let me know on here and I'll try to make sure to help fix the situation and hopefully make things right! I've been a customer of Advance for almost 30 years and that's just under that name! I have worked side by side with Richard as the Commercial Manager and I was the Assistant Manager and between us we did what we were allowed to make the customers happy but under the previous General Manager we were constantly shut down trying to make a great customer experience most times!”

“I tried to get oil and an oil filter for a Toyota and a Subaru from the Autozone on 21. However, they did not have the filter for my Subaru. But they said the Autozone on 190 did. After driving home with the oil and filter for the Toyota, I realized the oil and oil filter for the Toyota was incorrect.
When I arrived at the Autozone on 190, Mr. Rex informed me that they did not have the oil filter that the Autozone on 21 said they did. However, he was willing to price match the deal and get me a better filter. I was very impressed by his patience and professionalism. He helped me through this mess and has definitely kept me as an Autozone Customer! I am very thankful for his expertise.”

This service center offers exceptional service for reasonable/market prices. They have always been transparent with me on what I need NOW, what I will need soon, and what isn’t necessary but they are letting me know about for the future. The staff is always really friendly and realistic/transparent about time, expectations, etc.
If you want cheap, go somewhere else and you will get what you pay for. However, if you want quality service for a fair price, this is the place.”
