I switched from to "ASI" which is now "OnPath" Federal Credit Union a few years back from Chase, because at the time they had better interest rates on our accounts and no or low services fees. Since they are now OnPath they seem to have adopted the extremely low or no interest rates on accounts and have upped their service and miscellaneous fees to about the same as a big corporate bank, without as much convenience, organization, quality of service or nice buildings. They also messed up the account number on my checks twice, which screwed up direct deposits from my jobs. They did nothing to make good on this mistake, and most of the employees are not really apologetic or empathetic of the mistake that they made twice.

I have been a member since 2001.Since it became Onpath my Debit Card has been hacked twice with multiple Fraudulent Charges. Neither time was it handled in a timely manner. The fraud department told me to contact member services to get a temporary credit. Well guess what? Neither time were they willing to work with me. Now myaccount is negative almost 400.00 and will take up to14 business days to resolve . I feel like a number not a person and definitely not treated like a loyal customer. They could careless if I am able to pay my bills or not.Sincerely Disappointed with their Service on this matter.

Dave Fredricks, the branch manager, is a true disappointment, he is a smart alec who says cruel things in a joking manner and think it is humor. His cruel humor comes across as intimidation. He listens and encourages his employees to gossip about customers. He is an incompetent manager who pays no attention to the customer, when there is a line to the door he sits in his office. We closed our account and moved it. I called three times to talk to management BEFORE we closed the account, even asked to speak to Customer Relations Supervisor, never received a phone call back at all. ONLY when I left this review a year after we left the bank did I receive a phone call, no concern for the customer at all, only nice to money. NO ONE called my husband or myself wondering why we closed the account. I was contacted only because I left a negative review, which tell me I was only contacted for damage control and their concern for their image. We will not go back, I would advise anyone to stay away from On Path.

I love how their hours are clearly stated on the website and their door as 9am to 5pm. Yet here it is 4:10pm on 4-14-22 get to the bank and it is locked up!!!!! Clearly they make up their hours day by day without no notification, cause there is no sign on the door as to why thwy are closed early! So frustrating, specifically got off work early to make it there before 5pm...waste of my time!!!!!!!!!!

David was extremely helpful and patient with my questions and thoroughly assisted with my banking issues. My experience at this bank and with him has always been good and he was able to solve my problems. Good man.

The staff was nice but the bank needs to reconsider charging to cash their own checks. Account holders already pay maintenance fees and the extra fee is overboard.

As a member of OnPath (ASI FCU) for over 30 years, I can verify that all my banking needs have been met and even exceeded by staff at the Covington branch. Members are greeted upon entering by smiling staff who answer any questions, offer help for any bank matters and assist with every issue possible. They make me feel like part of the bank branch family and I would never change my banking to any other financial group. OnPath is great.

this is a dishonest credit union. i can no longer deposit to a shared account with another co-op credit union. other credit unions that are also co-op members have criticised this practice since it is a violation of the agreement. they should be fined for this!

Since the coronavirus epidemic, this bank has stopped accepting all transactions with co-op accounts with other banks as part of the co-op network of credit unions. This credit union has managed to have negative review removed, but this is a very serious situation that is a violation of their own deposit agreement and other agreements. Legal action is being considered at this point due to the failure of the bank to honor its commitments. I do not recommend using onpath at all as their actions have cause significant harm.
