Top notch customer service. I needed a COVID-19 test within 72 hours of boarding my flight back home (British Columbia) and Todd stayed late to ensure I was able to get a rapid test. Total time between calling ARCpoint labs and getting my results was amazingly fast. Highly impressed!

Todd and the team over at ARCpoint Labs of Covington were so helpful with our specific case. They were very swift with getting us the results we were looking for, and took the time to answer all of our questions in any of the matters pertaining to the tests. It was the personal touches by Todd that made the entire process understandable and smooth. Thanks for making it a great experience.

Todd is a responsive and easy person to work with on our drug screen program. The set up and transition was flawless and he remains to be a helping hand for our business.

Our company Retif Oil & Fuel, LLC used a different Drug & Alcohol program called DISA when we met Todd Rowland with ARC Point. The change was the best thing we could have done. Every time we have our quarterly pulls and send our drivers for their testing we have an immediate response. If we have any type of issue (wrong form was used at a facility, wrong test was performed at a facility) Whatever the issue. I can call Todd Rowland and the problem and/or issue is addressed immediately. I would recommend ARC Point and Todd Rowland to any company to assist in their Drug & Alcohol programs.
