I had issues at the Kenner location. Then Canal St sent me a $500 invitation and I applied and then never heard back. You don’t take people’s personal information and then not call them back. The company’s just want you to generate them money which is understandable but why would you not want to maintain a customer count. Repeat business is great for generating future business to. It’s a stupid policy to not want to retain you somehow. Leadership needs to be evaluated.

I had same issues between multiple American Thrift. If you get a loan at one, you may not be able to get one from another. The staff says one thing then passes to manager or in this case Big John and he may say one thing as you are leaving after getting first loan and something different when you come back. My wife got the loan here and they didn’t report for us either. We ended qualifying at One Main Financial. Cut and dry and better interest rates. A lot of them are scams. We received a confirmation for $500 in mail and then when we applied we never heard back. Maybe they just want a certain customer up that way.

I've been doning my business at cov. I made first loan and everything was fine . Well it's November now and talking with John and staff at the store I'm going to make another loan for the holidays. But be warned if you get to talking with the staff you may not want to leave and go back to work (LOL)... So I give them 5 thumbs up...

Everyone at this establishment are a joy to deal with. As long as you keep them informed of situations you are dealing with they are more then willing to work with you. I will take all my loan needs to them
