When I entered the shop I was ask which service I would like. I replied acrylic overlay. There were two operators present at the time who both had customers. No one ask me to choose a color, have a seat or how long of a wait it would be. I seated myself, choose a color and waited for about 15 minutes because I anticipated I would be next. There was no eye contact made with me so after 20 min and no mention of how much longer, I stood up and motioned for the door. Both operators never looked up and let me walk straight out the door. Very poor customer service. I went to another salon and spent my money!

Great pedicure but three tips of my fingers were cut during the manicure. Is that normal? just tried calling the business to discuss. I was aware of the right ring finger cut and she apologized for that but then I realized two other finger tips were cut.

Stopped getting my nails done here awhile ago. Started only going here for pedis or brows. Went before thanksgiving for convenience on my lunch break to get a refill.. The whole process was horrible. Rushed my nails. They were so thin they instantly started cracking across each finger nail. My nail beds look horrible. Real nails are cracked & bleeding. I will never return here for any service. I have been getting my nails done my whole life & this has never happened to my hands.Services: Acrylic nails

I've been here a few times now and they always do a great job, I get the gel manicure/ get pedicure. Love love coming back for sure!

Don’t go !!!! They messed my nails up so bad !! The gel color was changing color. It was peeling off. So I went in and asked for my money Back cuz it was that bad. Well the one tried to say I was luring and never came there. Than she said it was my fault that I did something to it. I even gave them the number of the color and said that I was still lying . They was so rude.

Kinda upset I just paid 40$ for terrible nails. I did dip nails in french. You can see all the sanding. I looks like millions of tiny bubbles.
