Absolutely god awful experience. Walked in the shop to ask for a pricing for a hair dye and they shewed me away like I was a pest. Wasn’t even able to get a price. I wish nothing but the worst for this business. Extremely rude and hostile women.

Being new to the area, decided to try this salon. I needed someone to update my blonde highlights. I had Melanie, who is the most awesome, kind, and down-to-earth person. She is a consummate professional, and will educate you about hair and hair processing and will listen to your needs. I have come here several times and always leave looking great. I have definitely had some hair disasters at other salons after moving here, but never with Melanie. I also love the location/chic salon. I don't plan on going anywhere else.

I was very excited when I came across this hair salon because it looked cute from the outside and the 13 reviews here were great. I decided to call to make an appointment and after multiple unanswered phone calls I decided to make an appointment in person. My experience in person was not great, I was not greeted and stylist didn't seem to care I was there. Even though I expressed it was my first time there, she never took the time to introduce herself. I asked if I could make an appointment and she reacted in a negative way that she had no time for me because she was booked. Sure she offered to put me on a waiting list but it seemed she didn't want to do that. First impressions are everything and it's unfortunate that she did not care for me as a future customer.

I am so glad that I found adorn. Melanie took my box-colored hair from dull, splotchy, and unhealthy to the most gorgeous red I have ever seen. I get so many compliments on my hair color. I get stopped AT LEAST three times a week with people telling me how gorgeous my color is. When I tell people that I can't take credit for it, that Melanie at adorn does it, they don't believe me.
