A-1 Appliance is a first rate company to work with. We were in need of a new dishwasher and after trying, unsuccessfully, at Home Depot and Lowe's, and receiving zero help, we stopped in at A-1. From the moment we walked in the store until we finished our purchase we had a perfect experience. We met a fabulous salesperson, Kristin Chadwick. Patient, kind, very knowledgeable and best of all truly listened to what we were looking for. She showed us several options and we found exactly what we were looking for at a very affordable price. Thank you Kristin for all that you did to make our experience a non-stressful one.

Spent 15,000 on a new refrigerator, and an additional 400 for installation. 400 dollars was evidently not enough for these guys to install it correctly, as they left things covered in packing tape that, while not visible, prevented it from making ice correctly, and allowed excess condensation to accumulate inside. Please do business with somebody who uses reputable installers.

We were shopping for a new dishwasher. The sales staff was friendly and professional. A good selection of products were available. The price was as good as any other stores we shopped. The delivery and installation likewise was prompt and professional. We recommend A1 Appliance. (Actual buyer)

$782 Friedrich AC failed after 18 months and they do nothing. I have Epic protect 5 year warranty and they will not call back either. Go to Amazon next time. At least you can get (2) year warranty from the manufacturer.

Dealing with this company is a joke . Poor customer service and communication AFTER they ran my credit card can be next to impossible. Reached out to owner Kent , even more laughable , the gentleman couldn’t for the life of him accept my comments much less the truth and hung up on me when I abreast him of his companys online negative reviews , shows this company’s level of maturity from the top down. Never worked ice maker, sent delivery people to assess the issue, go figure that one out and scratched both sides of my black refrigerator. I ate the loss as not to deal with these clowns again.

Don't try to use their website to order, reserve or even have someone contact you. IT WON'T HAPPEN!!! We saw that they had a washer in stock on their website so we "reserved" it for pickup the next day. We received a confirmation number and everything. Called the next day and the associate said they just sold the washer and that the E-mail we received didn't mean anything. We were told this by two different people. They also said this was a corporate issue and we would have to take it up with them! We have ordered 3 different appliances in the last 2 months from A1 and can't believe this shoddy service. COVID'S fault I guess

The workers are extremely friendly and there’s a HUGE,AMAZING selection of items of , fridges, stoves, beds, microwaves, TVs, and sofas! Totally will go here again! The prices are great!! And the salesmen are great too!!

I wish I could give Zero stars but the site wont allow me to .Buyers beware ..of Al at the Covington store .He is ONLY worried about the sale. NOT a long term salesman you want !I purchased a Frigidaire refrig /freezer tall twins set . (Almost $8,000)The freezer was broken had to get replaced THREE times !Which took THREE months of me call the manufacturer MYSELF, in order to get a new freezer each time .Al could care less. EVERY-TIME I called him he over spoke me & tried to rush me off the phone ! I wish I would have NEVER purchased my appliances from him .NEVER AGAIN ! Very uncaring salesman ! His boss Mary WAS very helpful though.

NOT ONLY IS ***AL*** the manager VERY RUDE AND A LIER BUT ALSO JUST AS DISRESPECTFUL AS HIS DRIVERS! YOU WERE NOT AUTHORIZED TO BE snooping around my house going into my garage for 10 minutes!YOU WERE NOT AUTHORIZED TO BE AT MY HOUSE PERIOD AS IT STATES PRIVATE PROPERTY AT THE FRONT OF MY DRIVEWAY THEN TAKING DOWN MY OAK TREE! I SHOULD PRESS CHARGES AND MAKE YALL PAY FOR THE DAMAGES DONE AND ALL COURT FEES!Yall need to be held accountable for fleeing and leaving the scene !
