The Dollar General in Cottonport LA Has 96% of the time shelves stocked, great low prices & in-store & digital coupons that helps you save even more. One out of the 3 downfalls are for#1: the coolers in the front I'd say they are 85% of the time empty. #2: the employees leave the store crammed up with boxes & boxes all over & #3: the store is always dirty. Example the floor is never mopped & the shelves are always dirty.

This store is needing an update just like all the other stores are getting. I work here, and the registers are always freezing up and customers gets angry at us like it's our fault. I'm asking Dollar General Cooperate to please give this store an very high update.As a Keyholder at this store, I always ask customers what do we need to improve in order to have very good performances. Their response was, "they need to give y'all new Registers, rearrange this store, or build a new store." and I agree with them.

I don't understand how a company is having their workers work under poor conditions in that store. I seen a rat on there sales floor and it didn't even run at all plus seen other rats before leaving and letting the manager or worker know. There's a odor which smells like something is dead and strong urine smell.

Didnt try to help.me. the employees are taking the lysole. Before they even put them on the shelf. They are keeping them in the front by the register
