Horrible customer service. Making excuses for delivery personnel not having the right vehicle to deliver items like it's our fault. Letting delivery drivers decide to hold packages because they don't want to deliver to certain locations, causing work issues and withholding medical equipment for a terminally ill child.

I love the lady in the post office BUT several times lately such as today and last Friday we have missing packages. I got text both times saying they were in our box. THEY WERE NOT ! And I have been in the yard and saw them run. Last time the order was in our renters box this time , no such luck. Who knows where it is !!! Really getting unhappy here in our wonderful little area ! I had a problem before and was told the delivery people aren’t always from here, that they are sent out of Ruston. Don’t know , but our address is on our box and in our yard. Clear to see !

Wondering what is with the delivery person for Choudrant. We have our name, address number and lot number on our mailbox. One or another neighbor drops by with our mail at least once a week as mid-delivered. Yesterday (11/23) there was a piece of mail in our box for the neighbor next to our box, and today mail for a neighbor for the box on the other side of our mailbox, so I walked it over. I’ve never experienced such mid-delivery.

Was suppose to have a packaged delivered. Waited 2 weeks on package to find out that the post office returned it to sender. They never notified me i the package had arrived. Government employees sorry all the way around

This post office is probably the best in the United States. Kathy Sims just makes the postal experience great!!! 10/5 stars!
