By far one of the worst businesses I've ever dealt with. My 7 year old daughter and I were in a horrible and scary accident. My daughter has anxiety induced seizures and took a bit longer to calm down in the ambulance but while we were in there I was reassured multiple times by the cops and others that the driver of the wrecker truck would wait and let me get my purse and my daughters things before he left. I heard them tell the driver I needed these things. Instead he not only left, he sped off leaving tons of pieces of my car scattered across the road. 3 different police officers tried calling him over and over trying to get him to pull over. He ignored all calls for over 3 hours then was very ugly to me when I finally did answe. Beore hanging up on me, he rudely told me I'd have to wait another 5 days to get my purse, ID, wallet, what little money I have and medication that my daughter and I both have to take daily. The dispatcher was also rude and insensitive. I called to see if they could somehow get in touch with him before he got too far away... her response was "I dont knkw what you expect me to do about it". As if losing my only means of transportarion, getting injured,and trying to keep my baby calm so she wouldnt have seizures all night wasnt enough! Human decency clearly isnt a requirement to be able to work for this company. I'm outraged!

had a little fender bender and my child insisted I use autobody for my repair, I am so glad I did. besides doing just an awesome repair job, they did it for us stress free. they are such a pleasure to work with, handled the insurance for us and made the whole experience just a breeze.

Awsome people, My truck was stolen and they recovered it. Let me get my truck ready to go after a few repairs in the lot, ask me I needed help, answered the phone in the early morning and let me know the situation. And answered all my questions before I made the 4 hour drive to get my Truck. The fees where reasonable and not gouging me because of my situation.
