Terrible experience, the pharmacist was a complete dick, and the people working their hate their job. Not everyone. But all that I've come into contact with. I'd give no stars and a firm ass kicking if I could. God Bless

Y’all never answer the phone. Use a bot to delay and deter and then hang up on people when it’s their turn to be waited on! 2 hours and still haven’t spoke to anyone to fill my prescription.

Ive been on hold for 40 minutes to refill a prescription and they had two callers ahead of me. Once it got down to one caller in front of me, I was disconnected. I am now on hold with more than 3 callers ahead of me. I also tried calling the store itself and got the same results. They use the bot to answer calls and delay you and then they only disconnect everytime its your turn to be waited on.

The pharmacy is always on point and polite and quick which is wonderful when it's our health on the line, I actually utilize Walgreens for almost all of my shopping for wellness especially for my infant son. The sales usually reflect the options I prefer at a better price. Also the rewards points gives me a little cash value back I can utilize in the store. Walgreens is my go to store for everything that keeps me well.

they suck they will not fill script if the date is different from your previous script you have to wait on that date

Is there an option for less than one star? I Just got out of surgery. Had a friend drive me straight to the pharmacy to fill my prescription for 5 Percocet and some ibuprofen 600 for my wknd recovery. I used the hand sanitizer from the pharmacy and touched the prescriptions while my hand were still wet. Leaving two very clear fingerprints on the paper. No ink was smudged. The date, medication, medication strength, signature etc were all 100% legible. In fact, the finger prints both fell on a blank part of the prescription. The pharmacist rudely declared that he will not fill a prescription that has been "damaged" like that. And not only will he not fill it, but he also won't accept a call from my Doctor. I must go all the way back to the hospital, and then back to the pharmacy if I want my medication! Side note, due to the record breaking low temperatures, pretty much all the pharmacies in the city are out of this medication. I went to six different locations/pharmacies. So, not only did this man have a terrible, unprompted attitude with me. He would refuse pain medication to a patient right out of surgery. Have them go 40 min out of their way to get a new prescription, for a medication that he knew they did not even have in stock! I say "this man", because he is surely not a "health care provider". I will never return to this location. And will advise all friends and neighbors not to as well. Utterly despicable.

Whoever the manager is better check them old ladies in that work in the front at the cash register. I was in there maybe 20 minutes ago and I felt like dragging one of them out the store. This is not the time for the place to be playing with people. Jail is not a deterrent for me. They best get their minds right and stop playing with peoples money.

Absolute worst they will NEVER see another prescription of mine or my families. How is it you have all day to fill my prescription and wait until I come to pick it up and tell me there’s an issue. Not to mention they said one of my prescriptions wasn’t covered but I knew that was false because it was a refill I contacted my insurance company only to be told they never put the prescription through at Walgreens. How can a tech look at a prescription and automatically determine if it’s covered or not
