Rude associates. The lady at the front counter snatched my phone out my hand to scan my QR code. Then she was rough with my packages throwing them down on the counter. Poor customer service.

Terrible employees at the front counter. I brought a package to be delivered and after the lady printed the label and put it on the box then she threw it on the floor behind her. She might have broken the contents in the box. They could care less about the customer...

You useless people just gave my packages away as a in person pickup, didn’t ID or nothing to verify is crazy to me. Absolutely useless
