As a female going into an auto shop by herself is scary. The team at Smitty’s made my experience so wonderful. They were patient and VERY informative ! They will forever have a customer in me!!! Best experience at a shop I’ve ever had !!! Ladies this is a safe place !!!
For transparency, I initially went to get my car looked at due to it vibrating when I accelerated. The manager helped me and informed me on what was the cause. When I went in today the manager and the mechanic made my experience so smooth and everything they did, they did it with a smile. I got my CV Shafts replaced. DID I MENTION IN A TIMELY FASHION. Also I didn’t even notice my tire pressure was low and before they gave me my car back they added air in my tires. With me it’s always the small things !!

Scott and Evan were absolutely great !!!! Super nice guys and was very surprised that they could get me in for a balance and rotation as I am traveling through . Very nice clean shop and super helpful thanks guys !! In and out very quick too

Headed over to Smitty's, to assist with a fixing my tire due to getting a nail in it. From the minute I arrived as a walk-in, the owner Scott was friendly and welcoming. He immediately had one of his staff assist and I was back on the road in less than 15 minutes. The price and service was very reasonable and the staff very friendly and courteous. I will definitely be returning in the future for all of my tire needs and support this small business.

I have a Jeep Wrangler and lost my wheel lock. I drove around to so many different tire places to seek help and Smitty’s was the only place that took time to help me out and actually got the locks off of my wheels. These guys are very nice and professional. I’m actually headed over there today for an alignment and tire rotation.!!!!!!

I arrived as a walk in and the manager greeted me very welcoming. I asked if there was availability for someone to assess my tire? He pleasantly answered saying there was one car ahead of me. After about 30 min or less he asked me to pull in,and another nice young man repaired my tire. Lastly, the price was very reasonable. Three generation business 🙏🏾

If you want service above and beyond, Go to Smittys in Chalmette. When I needed to purchase new tires I told Scott what I need as a sales rep on the road all the time covering a lot of territory and he was diligent in finding the perfect set of tires for me at the right price. Two other times I was in need of Smittys services and Scott and his team were professional honest and over the top with customer service satisfaction. Highly recommend

On Friday 05/31 afternoon, I went here for the first time, because I needed a wheel alignment- I was greeted by Scott who was friendly and professional. Thanks to him and his employees, I was able to drive my car again without any problem. I have recommended Smitty’s to my family and friends.

I’m from out of town and stopped by here after getting a flat! Scott & his team have the best customer service I’ve seen in this industry & are such honest people! Their pricing is very fair and service is fantastic! I honestly wish I lived here, so I could always go back to them when I need new tires. You can tell Scott takes pride in being a part of his family business and that this is so much more than just a job to him & his family. Even just being a stranger, I felt taken care of like family. That is so rare to find these days, and especially for that reason, I would recommend to anyone to come here for their services. You won’t regret it!

If you want honesty, efficiency, and great service, look no further! These men been around here a long time and in all my years, I've never heard a bad word spoken of these men. Great work ethic is hard to find but you'll find it here. The work they did on our truck in a short amount of time was done with care and looked amazing! Come here for your tire, rim, and brakes. You'll be satisfied with work and price

I went to this shop last week and got a set of 4 tires on my Jeep. It was incredible service. I was greeted by a handsome young, balding gentleman named Scott upon my arrival. He is very knowledgeable. All of his workers are polite and friendly as well. A++++ Service and definitely recommend this shop!! They will always leave you with a Smitty’s Smile!
