This was my puppy first time getting groomed! Let me start by saying she was sweet and very reasonably priced. But I was HIGHLY UNSATISFIED!!! I SPECIFICALLY asked her for a light trim and shaping cause I love his shaggy hair, he’s so cute with it! She literally shaved all by baby hair off his head and ears…his fur is choppy and uneven all over…she left all the fur on his body and shave his whole face and head. He look like he has a small head with a big body. I hate it and can’t wait till his hair grows back out. This experience makes me never want to take him to a groomer ever again and just do it myself. I didn’t even recognize him when I picked him up and he had this weird perfume smell on him. He look so bad. Perfect example of telling what you want, and getting what they want to give you. I never asked her for a shave!!!!!!! My whole day was ruined by this, I don’t play about my fur baby. The first two pics is how my baby was before, the last couple of pics is when he left from by her…huge difference.

We have a shi tzu about 6 years old we took here a couple of times maybe 3 times before this last time a month ago. He was was there maybe 10 min when she called back and said to come get him he snapped at her or tried to bite her. She wasn't going to cut him anymore, first incident ever . He has never bitten anything or anyone ,friends ,family ,strangers at the park. His hair was half cut ,not washed and gave him to me with a card to another groomer. Worst service ever. Boy do we miss grooming dales.....

I brought my dog there to get bathed and nails cut and when I picked him up about an hour later he was cleaned and smelling fresh and his nails were cut also I have no complaints and it was his first time going to her
