Service was provided to my puppy for almost one year and without cause Brandi, the owner, displayed unprofessional behavior. She asked that our appointment be changed 30 minutes later due to her being hungry and going to lunch with a friend. Upon arriving back, unfortunately, she had not. No answer to a phone call placed to her. Brandi never contacted me to reschedule or discuss the situation. I decided to visit the shop two weeks later to inquire about her unprofessional behavior and she proceeded to tell me about a surgery she needed to have all while providing service to animal. This was a total disregard of a paying customer of whom she had serviced for months! She needs to be mindful of how she treats customers.

have two chihuahua mixes, one with fear aggression who has a strong aversion to her paws being touched and being bathed. i was pleasantly surprised and very thrilled to find out they behaved well and had no incidents! dog whisperers indeed. their prices are very inclusive and you get a lot of bang for your buck. will be returning

Just got back from bringing my longhair dachshund Heidi, she looks beautiful, Brandy is one of a very few people that Heidi will go to, you can see how much she loves dogs by the way she takes care of them, talks to them. Would not ring Heidi anywhere else but Pretty Paws

I have been going to Brandie for years now and couldn’t be happier. The groomers I found before Pretty Paws Spa would smoke, or their shops would be be disgusting or my Shih Tzu would come back shaved. Pretty Paws Spa is exceptionally clean and air conditioned. I worry about my baby getting overheated. Brandie listens to what you want your dog to look like. She always give my Shih Tzu a bow and looks beautiful. She makes suggestions if your dog has issues going on as well. My dog has skin issues and Brandie started using a medicated shampoo that she has and it has cleared up her skin! She is reading available for appointments and will text/call you when your pup is ready. I highly recommend Pretty Paws Spa if you want someone who will treat your dog like you do.
