Kind, patient and considerate - they love the animals they are taking care of, which in turn has owners at ease.

Dr. Rose is kind and so good with both of my cats and my dog. My dog is in congestive heart failure and Dr. Rose has helped me every step of the way by keeping me informed, and adjusting her meds when needed. I’ve also seen the lady doctor there (forgive me for not remembering her name) who was super sweet and so loving to my old outside cat. You always want the best care when it comes to your animals and you’ll certainly receive it here.

They've been accommodating when it comes to my mother's dog's health and her being on a fixed income. We really appreciate that they can work with us on weeding out the necessary and cost efficient procedures to keep her healthy.

I have been bringing my 2 dogs here for at least a year, maybe more. Had the female fixed for a very reasonable price. Afterward, I was told what to expect and how to care for her. When things happened, I wasn't scared, and I knew what to do. They even called to make sure she was doing well. I feel comfortable bringing both dogs here.

I would give ZERO stars if I couldI will continue to push this issue to the highest level possible. I have been taking my many pets here for several years! My daughter also has 3 pets and has been going over there for roughly the last year! My daughter took her large dog there on 6/15 to get spayed. Prior to surgery she was informed there may be a chance extra anesthesia would be needed. That was perfectly fine. She picked her her baby on the evening of 6/15 and paid her entire bill. She was given a receipt that day with a zero balance after paying $470.Almost 10 days later my daughter gets a phone call from the tech Roneisha, saying that she made a mistake and forgot to bill for the extra anesthesia ($40). My daughter tells her that she is not paying it as her bill was paid in full the day of picking up her pet. How can the company go back and charge her for their mistake, esp 10 days later. I called back on my daughter's behalf and Heather informed me it is normal for them to take 10 days to review the account for accuracy, but yet there was no information or documentation given before hand that said there could be additional charges up to 10 days after surgery is complete. This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional for a company to take their mistake and make it the burden of the customer. Especially in the amount of $40. They are willing to hound loyal customers over their mistake. Heather stated it is a legal mischarge and a valid balance. Welp, Heather NO it is not. You can not legally back charge someone after they received a receipt saying they paid in full for services received on that date of service!! Not only are they losing my daughter and her 3 pets, they are also going to lose my business with my pets. All over the techs $40 error. That is truly just bad business and the company should own up and accept their mistake. It should never be the customer's burden. Futher more Heather was given permission by my daughter to speak with me since she is the account owner and she still says the can't speak to me. If my daughter designates me as her proxy they very well can and better speak to me!!My dog is scheduled for surgey 7/5 I will be canceling that out of fear of the same mistakes. This is the 2nd time I posted this review as the company thinks this is cyber bullying. I've contacted Google. This is a valid review and I will keep posting if they keep removing.

Terrible. Brought my cat for an emergency because the website says open at 8am. The doctors don't come in until 9am. What is the point of opening at 8? Also, the receptionist is the least compassionate person I've ever encountered in a vet practice. No one expects you to magic up a doctor, but could you maybe not be so cold?

My dog was short his medication for one month before his yearly appointment and I can't even get one of these doctors or the manager to call me back. They rather my dog go unmedicated for a month than OK a prescription for him. That make no sense. Very unprofessional. After 15 years I'll never go back again! The easiest part about running a business is returning your customer's phone calls. I'll take my two dogs elsewhere...

Excellent, compassionate care. Dr. Rose truly took the time to understand our 16 year-old cat's chronic health condition and offered a variety of treatment options. It's been a week since our visit and she's responding well to the medication and dietary modifications prescribed by Dr. Rose. The cost of the visit and medications was very reasonable, and all the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Bad experience my dog passed away got absolutely no help from the Vet that took care of her for years. Had to sit with her watching her die for a whole day until got help from another Vet 24 hrs later. Whomever I spoke to on the phone needs to learn how to be compassionate and express sympathy for someone experiencing a crisis. All I got from the girl was " what do you want me to do about it"
