I went to Auto Zone first was treated like they didn’t want to help me and was told to go to O’Rileys or pep boys instead. I decided to leave and go to O’Rileys and as soon as I walked in their employee Gerald was eager to assist me. I needed to get my batter tested and replaced. He did an amazing job! He also gave me a few pointers along the way and explained everything he was doing during the service. I have definitely found my new auto parts store! Thank you Gerald for being kind and super helpful!

We walked in after being treated horrible at Autozone across the highway. Gabe immediately assisted us with a diagnostic test for a check engine light. He was so attentive, sweet, and kind with us. His customer service skills by far exceeded our expectations! We will definitely pass any auto store up especially AutoZone to come to O’reilly now! Thank you Gabe! Your amazing! Keep being great handsome!

The girl inside said we can’t check you battery because it’s getting dark outside but I went across the street to auto zone and they said alternator was bad I spent $250 there.. this oraily has sad sad customer service. Autozone wins every time

I wish I could give it no stars or negative Stars. Worst customer service ever in the world. Christopher was very and refuse to help me with any kind of service with my vehicle. He didn't offer no help at all about what I needed. That bald head mfer it's very arrogant from the time I walked into the store. Has no customer service skills. Customer service nor management is suitable for him you should be in the back stuck in the shelves. Don't ever shop at this O'Reilly.

always good service, I just went in today to rent a gear puller. They were able to help me quickly and get me back home so i could finish my project. Very convenient and friendly staff
