guy on the phone was super condescending to me and hung up on me. he gave me old white man who has no respect for women and assumes we don’t know anything about cars vibes… so annoying and so i didn’t appreciate the customer service there at all. they held on to my car for threes days after telling me i would get it back later that day i dropped it off. pretty sure they charged me $50 more than other places would for a comparable service, after i’d done more research. the only saving grace was the younger guy i spoke to on the phone who was more efficient with his communication. hopefully that kid gets a job at a better shop someday instead of working for the grumpy guy.

Jonathan , Jimmy and the entire staff is amazing! If you need your vehicle repaired or looking to buy a good used car this is the place to come to. The work is guaranteed . Even with buying a used car at a great price I might add from JJ auto they help you through the entire buying process ( title transfer/ registration ect ). This is really a one stop shop ! You won’t find another car repair/ sale and service company anywhere that’s as good as JJ Auto.. my family and I have been customers since 2019 . They have kept our old cars running longer than they would have because of their excellent service.

I took my car to this place to repair some of the brakes because when I braked towards a noise they charged me 900 the next day I was still the same I'm angry I work hard to earn my money so that I lose it like this and I took it back and they charged me others 600 but better look for someone else who did it for 700 and the noise is gone super well. They do not answer for how badly they work, go to another place,?

Thank you! Thank you! To the amazing crew and service from JJ’s. My car broke down last night, called this morning said they could look at and fix it today. It was my CV axil that broke. It’s Christmas time and they created a Christmas miracle for getting my car back to me same day. The staff was amazing and helped to refer a reputable tow service as well. Amazing experience and beyond Amazing customer service. Thank you guys so much. Merry Christmas!!!!??

I went to this place because my car was overheating, they told me they were going to check it after 5 hours and they told me it was ready, that the problem was “fixed”. When we were on the way home, my car started to heat up again… The problem wasn't what they had fixed, it was something else…With this I want to tell you that you should take a good look at where you leave your cars and who fixes them because I spent my money for nothing, because they didn't fix my car...I went to this place, because my car was overheating they told me they were going to check it after 5 hours they told me it was ready the problem was “fixed” when we were on the way home my car overheated again…The problem was not what they had fixed was something else...
