My last experience was rather weird as I told the guy at the register what I would like (he wasn’t the artist) and I got a 10 minute lecture on how I shouldn’t follow trends and I’ll regret my tattoo . I’ve gotten all my tattoos here and each time was totally different

Please take the reviews seriously when deciding where to get your next tattoo. I read the reviews and was a little skeptical but my friend wanted to stop in. This is one of the few places that aren't booked out way in advance for tattoos but now I know why. Who I am told is the owner, a woman that I spoke with over the phone was extremely rude and got very defensive when I wanted to change my mind as to what was about to be permanently tattooed on my body. I called in advance to make this change before my appointment and once she heard that I was changing what I wanted she got very flustered and would not let me get a word in. She told me she didn't make me come in off the street and choose what I chose the first time. So I was told to come get my deposit. She refused to listen to anything I had to say and hung up on me. When I went to pick up my deposit she hid in the back. If you're gonna bark at least stand your ground on all 10 not hide in the back room when you're not in the phone.

I had my first tattoo done here many a years ago. I just moved back and just had the greatest experience filled with pain yet distracted with jokes, laughter and education at the same time. The satisfaction, health and safety of the customer was more important than the dollar being made. Will be back.
