    Platinum elite status not recognized. Very unfriendly receptionists. Noisy ventilation system in the room. Stay away!

    Very nice, newer hotel! Location is around 20 minutes to the French Quarter or 25 minutes to the lakefront. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, but the best part of this hotel is the staff! Davynel and Brittany at the front desk were amazing - friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.
