I recently opened a new account here, and was surprised to find out that a regular bank teller could do the job, not just a manager. Miss Rosalind was very sweet and helpful. She got me all set up, and we even chatted about our families. She is easy to talk to. I highly recommend this bank.

Gulf Coast has helped me acquire several properties over the past several years. Pat Callaghan has been my point man on ALL of them. He handled everything for me and made it such an easy process. Over the years our business became a friendship. He answered the phone every time I called, even on his lunch break! HORRIBLE customer service. Been trying to contact company via email and 2 different phone numbers for 2 weeks to find out why my CD that automatically renewed last April is paying 0.2% when the going rate at that time was 2.25%. No returned calls. Emails ignored.

I absolutely love Gulf Coast Bank, and for so many reasons. The main reason is that the customer service is so strong that I can't even imagine there's another a bank that comes close. As much as I love Gulf Coast - and it's a whole lot - this branch's drive thru isn't my favorite. All other aspects of this branch are top notch with the exception of the drive thru. As long as I use the lobby, things work so well. There seems to be a little bit of a lag when you drive up. It may just be that the tellers work with lobby customers first. No matter the issue, I'll continue to use Gulf Coast.
