If you’re thinking about renting a storage unit here now RUN DONT WALK. They are very unprofessional people. The last manager who was there was very nice. The new staff have no communication skills and is very rude. I rented here multiple times & definitely won’t be back. No one is on the same page. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Basically the call center is just there they have no clue what they are talking about says the district manager. WOW

The staff was always friendly, professional, and helpful. The facility was clean and well maintained and I always felt safe when going to my unit.
