Worst Chase ever, outside ATMs are never both working. When they are you're lucky if they dispense cash or accept deposits. This is a joke.

I do not recommend this bank to anyone. My daughter had an account with them she received a check from her attorney for a settlement and this check was given to her in December so far her account is now closed and ger funds are no where to be found. Going to the branch and ask for the help for the sarcastic man to act smart mouth with her. No solution so far. The bank bounced all of her checks and closed the account. The check was cashed and now the only thing they are saying is the money is with the fraud department. In January the check was cashed by the bank and it is totally unacceptable to close her account and on top of that keep her money. Please save you the trouble with this bank, I will be making a report to the Better Business Bureau, it is ilegal to keep funds and not offer a refund or a solution. Definitely will report them.

This bank is terrible. Almost every time im in here the managers and higher-ups are fighting and yelling with customers who are tired of the way this bank treats people. Not only is chase bank a total terrible horrible bank but the people here at this location are rude, mouth off and do not help you in anyway shape or form. BEWARE

Never thought I'd review a bank but today's a special day! I had the pleasure of dealing with Lindy today and she was very helpful as well as courteous! She resolved both mine and my grandmother's issues in a timely manner. My issue was a bit complex and she went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied before leaving. The many times I've called Chase customer service headquarters nothing was resolved, thank goodness this branch has bankers that knows what they're doing.
