I've been a member at Bravata for some time. Due to my schedule, I choose to work out very early in the morning so I rarely see any staff (which is okay), but this is what works for me. I'm happy to have a 24 hr facility very near my home. This is very convenient for my busy schedule. I've met the owner on multiple occasions, and he is an engaged owner. Recently, I had some concerns about the overall cleanliness of the gym. Having worked in healthcare for over 25 years, this is incredibly important to me. Instead of ranting on social media like I see many people do or leaving for another facility, I simply addressed my concerns with the owner via email. Within a day or so, he responded and took complete ownership of the situation. Within a matter of days (if not the very next day), I started to see improvements and the condition of the gym began to look more like when they first opened. The professional response to my concerns was greatly appreciated as well as the call from the owner to acknowledge me as an individual. I'm looking forward to my continued health journey with Bravata Fitness.

All things considered, best gym I’ve ever been to. Not a huge “Globogym” type but absolutely everything you need. Very fairly priced. Friendly and attentive staff.

Rude staff. Bad environment.Hot season they just have fan and turn off the A/C.Winter season they just open the front door for A/C to save energy. Great mind!

They only have like 4 operational treadmills most got broken buttons and parts very outdated for what they charge you would think theyd have nicer stuff or keep the machines operable. They need more spray bottles and papertowel rolls for people to clean after themselves because noone does. They also allow people to be taking off their shirts and setting up cameras with their tripods infront of you taking up space while your trying to workout i dont think it should be allowed i dont want noone recording me in the background without my consent.

I never put blame on the facility, it’s actually a shame for you to imply that I did. The place is great and I disagree with a lot of the negative comments already posted. I made a comment about what was told to me and what I seen that ultimately led me to bring my children. And I’ve reread your comment multiple times and did not see you comment on that. I know exactly what my children were doing, on that same video you can see me keep turning around looking at them. I know how my children interact and know they did not and would not cause a problem. I guess some things were not communicated properly. But I have no problem deleting the review and speaking with you directly through email or other forms of contact. I will make sure to leave my card or you can send me an email to reach out to. But I will repeat, my experience at this place, with the equipment and even environment has been amazing. The young woman even communicated the message to me in a very polite manner. But that doesn’t change the message and what I’ve seen to contradict it.

Hottest gym on the near the city. Great equipment. All the leg day machines you need. Great dumbbell selection and great lighting for social media. Absolutely love the gym. Costumer service is in point

By far the best gym I have been to in the great bee NOLA area! Not only does the owner constantly keep improving the gym, the customer service is fantastic! They have a huge variety of equipment along with the ability to separate the gym into different sections for everyone’s personal needs! If I haven’t said enough, have I mentioned THE CLEANEST gym I’ve ever been too? Even the bathrooms are spotless! Highly recommend this gym to anyone serious about investing into themselves!
