I've been paying $57 for my phone bill and insurance and now Boost Mobile doesn't want to cover the phone and when they got in touch with the insurance company they trying to say because I didn't want to pay a hundred and something dollars deductible that my claim expired and therefore can't make another claim and I've been paying $57 over quite over to 3 years what would you have to say write your honest opinion down

BEWARE! Came into this location to get a phone I ordered from boost online. They charged me $35 dollars right away before they even tried anything. Next they told me my sim card reader was defective and bent (which it was not) and that I would need to pay another $35 dollars to try and activate a different phone. At the end with a very long and stressful argument in between it was found they were using the wrong sim card the entire time. They asked me at least 2 times to come back the next day before they had resolved my issue, I of course declined to come back the next day. I did attempt to apologize for getting a little bit upset and of course they just completely ignored me. It's a beautiful world.

Boost has been giving us trouble: couldn't receive incoming calls/messages or call out or send messages, starting January 6th, 2022, in the Poydras area...went to the store in Meraux to get a new phone for my boyfriend because we thought it just might be his phone and the salespersons told us that customers (with different types of phones) were coming into the store complaining about the same thing...that they didn't know what the problem was, that their manager didn't know what the problem was or when the problem would get resolved...finally I contacted Boost via FB and was told to turn the phone off and back on and it worked until this last week...same problem...messages not going through, can't call or receive phone calls...I love Boost but this is becoming ridiculous, especially since elderly people rely on me to answer the only phone I have, in case of an emergency.

I went in today to change the card on the account. I was told to call 611. I let her know it was for my son's account and I did not have his phone or will not have access to it before the bill is due.She seemed like her personal call was more important. She kept saying to call 611. Let her know I will handle it don't bother.
