She resolved both mine and my grandmother's issues in a timely manner. My issue was a bit complex and she went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied before leaving. The many times I've called Chase customer service headquarters nothing was resolved, thank goodness this branch has bankers that knows what they're doing.”
