Worst store ever! Make sure you fully understand their refund policies. It seems they pick and choose what to refund and how you get it. All I know is if I pay cash and I have a receipt, if I need to return it, I don't want a store credit, I want my cash back!

I give this place 3 stars staff is helpful when it's your turn to be waited on....but don't have employess stocking and customers waiting when there's long line and only one employee assisting the customers when multiple employees are their.

Rudest service I’ve just about experienced, on the window before you walk in clearly says “free battery installation”, but when asking the workers for help they were quick to say they don’t do that. This place lost my business because of no customer service, hopefully the management can enforce what they are promoting.Thanks to O’Reilly’s auto I now have a new battery and they have a new customer.

Dear Mr.Tremayne B. You could definitely use more practice on your customer service skills. I do not appreciate how you tossed my brake pad lubricant on the counter in front of me. No, thank you, or have a nice day. Instead of 5 stars, you get 5 thumbs down.

Thee RUDEST staff EVER. Never have I ever had a service employee say "I didn't acknowledge you" when I walked up and asked for what I needed. That is absolute unacceptable behavior from a MANAGER and she needs to be replaced.

UNPROFESSIONAL UNCARING BEWARE Will NEVER go to any AUTOZONE AGAIN. Purchased a battery bc I brought previous one there. The man looked it up, said none in stock. Brought cheaper battery bc I needed now. Told him the battery was too small, he said it looks in 2 different sizes. Broke down before I made it home. Was locked in car. Mechanic returned it They had 6 in stock bc he called a few hours later. Then, I had to buy an alternator $250.00 plus more $ for the mechanic. Called the manager regarding cost of alternator, said he will tell someone else, didn't hear anything. Missed doctors appointments for cancer UNCARING PEOPLE Stocking bc I had problems buying a spark plug and they wouldn't sell me what I wanted. Mechanic had to go buy it and it cost more bc the mechanic had to repair it 3 times. Will never go back!!!
