“I went in a few days ago, leaving the Nike store and not being satisfied. This place was FANTASTIC. The young lady who serviced me was African American, and I hate that I forgot her name, but she was A WALKING BILLBOARD FOR AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE.She was so kind, very knowledgeable, and patient. They offered me water and told me about the different brands and how each one could help. She even put the shoes on for me and laced them. After I checked out, she walked me out and held the door open for me. Wonderful visit!”
“I have been very close with the McLavy's my entire life, from riding in Mac's old Datsun truck to getting my first sport coats and dress clothes at Mr. Frank's in Bocage. “Christian helped me at the store in Mandeville on Hwy 22, not in Baton Rouge. I ordered and paid for the canopy during lunch, then went to pick it up. Christian met me at the door, asked how he can help me and just did everything perfectly. Whomever taught him did so very well. Very pleasant staff, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. “I've played on a few different sports leagues and I can say that hands down USc LA is the best. It's much more organized than other leagues so if you're signing up by yourself, they make it comfortable. USc LA really focuses on the social aspect so it's a great way to meet new people that live in the area and share similar interests. I can't say enough good things about this league, I'll definitely be signing up again.”

“Prices are high spin the wheel was not worth the 1 to 4 dollars off. We bought 4 shoes and only got to spin once when you bought 2 pair you got to spin. Alot of variety. The store is clean and the manager checked on us several times to make sure we were ok.”

I walked in defeated that I couldn’t find a certain shoe thinking it was dead stock and he and Dylan located the shoes and, even after a mishap, ensured that I got them just in time. Very prompt, courteous and cares about their customers!”
“I would like to recognize Darius who took extra special care of me during a shoe exchange on 09/01/23. I called the Hammond Aire location to see if they had a different color of the shoes I had purchased recently at the Siegen Ln. location. Darius was very polite when I called the store and told me he did have the color I wanted and that he would hold the shoes with my name so I could come into store and exchange them. When I arrived an hour later, the store was full of customers and Darius was the only employee working in the front of the store. He was very calmly multi-tasking by answering the phone, checking out customers in line, and answering customer’s questions. He was very kind, patient and helpful to every single customer, and, believe me everyone was not as patient as Darius. When my turn arrived, I told him how much I appreciated his help and I also complimented him on the OUTSTANDING JOB he was doing with all of the customers he was helping. He just smiled and said, thank you, I appreciate your kindness. The only delay I experienced was waiting for the manager to come to the register to approve the exchange. I told her Darius deserves a BIG raise because of his excellent customer service. I have worked with the public for forty years and I am acutely aware of customer service. Darius is a GEM!”
