“I’ve been using this pharmacy for the past year now, and I’ve been through many. James Drug is BY FAR the BEST pharmacy I have ever used. Wonderful, friendly staff. Great hours, makes getting your prescriptions easier. I love the text notifications telling me when the scripts are filled and how much they will cost! But what really put them on the above and beyond list for me? A month in advance I gave them my new insurance, and when I got my prescriptions today, the new insurance was ready to go in their system. Considering the amount of customers they have, WOW! I’m impressed. Any other pharmacy would have brushed it off, forgot, or I would’ve been under a pile of other requests, BUT NOT HERE. They value their customers, that’s the difference ❤️ not enough stars on here to cover the outstanding work!”

“I'm so grateful to Parker's! After being a CVS/Walgreens customer since moving to BR, I finally decided to go local because I was sick of both of them and would prefer to support small businesses. Parker's made it so easy to switch all my prescriptions online, they have an app that allows you to easily communicate, and my doctor says they are hands down the most responsive and problem-solving pharmacy she has worked with in both LA and CA. The staff are so friendly every time I come in, their drive thru is convenient, and they offer CBD and typical over the counter products. Their hours aren't as convenient as a bigger pharmacy, but their customer service makes it worth it in my opinion! Give them a chance you won't regret it.”

“This place is awesome! Our doctor recommended this pharmacy to us when he prescribed an ointment that would need to be compounded. Upon entering the pharmacy, I felt safe and comfortable with the precautions in place. The staff was very friendly and explained everything in detail. We were contacted with the price first to make sure that we would indeed need and pay the medication before filling it since it has to made from scratch. It was prepared quickly and pickup was a breeze. Refills are easy and new preparations can be emailed over as needed. Beverly has gone above and beyond, helping my husband and me through an unfamiliar and difficult time. Top notch personal service! Close to home. Very caring and thoughtful. If you need a medication compounded, we definitely recommend trying out Integrative.”

“On this Thanksgiving holiday; I want to publicly thank both the General Manager (Kevin) and stock associate (CJ) for going over and far beyond the extra mile today! I ran in on one the busiest shopping days to get last minute things. It was pretty busy and rightfully so. At the same time my son (8 months) had just fell asleep for a nap. I wanted to keep him asleep so I opted to push my stroller and pull a basket, at the same time. I was really feeling like a pain in the, you know what, because I was in everybody’s way it felt like. The manager grabbed my basket, which I’d left at the end of the aisle, to only take stroller down the aisle. In the midst of me explaining that I needed both, he replied “I know and you’ve got your hands full… he’s (CJ) going to walk with you.” Wow, Walmart! I was so caught off guard, appreciative, relieved - talk about customer service. To CJ’s parents, job well done! Yes ma’am, no ma’am at all times, respectful and polite. I can’t say thank you enough. Thank you for being observant, thank you for sacrificing whatever CJ was supposed to be doing to lend me a hand. I am so thankful! My son woke up right as we were headed to the checkout. CJ unloaded the groceries at checkout, walked out to my truck with me, and loaded them while I got my son situated. I have never experienced such amazing service at any Walmart in Baton Rouge! I hope this post reaches you both, HAPPY THANKSGIVING!”

This store has too many self checkout stations, seems as though Walmart is going in the direction of AI and is pushing out Humans. Walmart People, Walmart People, listen most people still want that Human interaction.”
