Been going to this location for years now , but just recently been more frequently.
Brandon , Craig , Michelle , Blake ? Theeee bestest. Im not that mechanically inclined so I rely on some help. These are the only people I can count on for help . Once I went ans Nicole didn't wanna help me put steering wheel gas , fluid whatever it's called in my car, so I had to call corporate. Other than that , I started going and asking for these few people I named ans my experience has been wonderful since .
Samantha just started there but she's really nice too and helpful from what I've experienced.

Great service! I mistakenly ordered the wrong brake pads so I needed a solution asap, as my car was already on jack stands on a Sunday afternoon. In a matter of minutes, some multitasking and a phone call, Samantha got it straightened out and I got my brakes done. Give that woman a raise! ?

The guy who was working behind the counter was rude & gave me false information on my vehicle issue. He was clearly not happy to be there nor concerned with my problems at hand. He acted like I completely interrupted whatever he was doing on his phone.

Hate calling, never given good help over phone. In person when asking for parts I needed the employee had to google it before looking into the store system for the part.

Went in with a break light out. Bought a bulb. Ask the gentleman how to change it. He said I'll not only show you , I'll do it for you. Everyone at this location is always wonderful and polite. Knowledgeable.
