The $22 wash did a fair job of cleaning a week's worth of dirt off my car. The wheels could have been cleaner; I had to hand clean them and the tires were still dirty. Maybe if they would slow down the wash time it would be cleaner? It seemed faster than most automated car washes.

This car wash ripped the passenger mirror of 2020 Yukon and they aren’t responsible. I had 2 vehicles with premium monthly package that I just canceled. I also have family and friends that will be canceling now.

If I could go with no stars I would. Reason being classic auto spa shouldn’t have sold there business to them. I’m not satisfied with the how there products wash my vehicle. The pre wash area there solution that is in the buckets don’t soap up at all. Feels like I can’t get the bugs off the front and dust off the rest of the vehicle. Not happy with this place. Will be on the look for a new car wash.

This place was awesome before classic sold it. Now it doesn’t clean as good and the employees don’t turn off the tire shine sprayer after I ask them please.

There were bins for used towels but no towels. The place washed my truck well and the vacuuming had nice units.

I would like to see the real reviews after the change of ownership from Classic to Whitewater which took place about 3 months ago, the quality just isn't the same, prep area has downsized, actual wash with tire shine is horrid, tire shine in non existent, definitely not worth the price of membership, my vehicle never looks like it just got washed, esp windows and tires, very disappointed.Service: Auto detailing

I have had nothing but problems since they switched over to WhiteWater Express. I pay monthly memberships for three vehicles that went up without notice. I brought my sons truck and after the wash their was grease everywhere. I went back and they told me they fixed it to run it back through, the second time was even worst. The worker ended up coming wash it by hand it was soo bad.I brought my jeep yesterday and when I left I noticed I had black spots everywhere on both sides. I went back and spoke to this young kid and was supposed to be the manager and he told me it was the Armor All and it's always been that way if you have a white vehicle. The only way to fix it is ask them to turn the tire shine off when I get my car washed. Wow what a answer. Also the sign that goes up and down when exiting was messed up and fell on a Mercedes SUV. Then I thought maybe my problems wasn't so bad. lol

I love this place. Great cleaning for a low price. I paid so much more at other places and always missed a spot on the back of my car, but not this place. Definitely will continue goin here.

Would have been 4 stars if they would have provided towels as advertised but I couldn’t find them anywhere at the vacuums.
